I know fukui has some kind of austere image 😅. But when I tried it, I found it very easy to drink and delicious ❗️. It's a sake with a characteristic sourness as shown on the label, and it tastes rather modern 😄. It has a delicious flavor and the acidic aftertaste is refreshing and very tasty 👍

I saw it on a liquor store's installment and was completely unfamiliar with the brand, so I searched for it on Sake no Wa and found that Greissinger19 was drinking it, so I bought it. Strong gasiness. Dry, clean and sweet. Cider-like with peach and lychee flavors. Lightly sweet as written. The acidity is beautiful and the bitterness at the end is pleasant. A better sake than expected.

@sakebar Fukuzo Osato Sake Brewery is located in Kama City, Fukuoka Prefecture. I didn't know about this place until I came to Fukuzo. I checked and there is a Kanbokuto Brewery nearby ✨. The first aroma is faintly sweet. In the mouth, there is a refreshing acidity and juicy sweetness typical of white malted rice. It is followed by a slight astringency that finishes it off. The refreshing acidity is quite delicious.

After getting off the ferry, we went on a bus tour of castles. Since I didn't have a car to drive, I was ready to drink, but the only chance I had to drink was a glass of raw sake at lunch 😂. The one I had at the Japanese sake festival was very subtle so I wanted to make sure 🤔. Fresh and fizzy. It has little sweetness, but the gasiness on top of the bitterness is very nice. I'd like to try the sake made with Kame-no-o that comes out around spring.
