I also bought this at Yamaya. The aroma is like a pineapple. It has a mild sweetness and a juicy flavor. This is one of my personal favorites from DHC Sake Brewery. It's been a while since I drank their sake, but it's still delicious. There is a big change in the taste after opening. The pungent taste became more prominent. The pineapple aroma also disappeared. The gradation of the bottle is beautiful.

Comparison of nigori sake from Wakayama's favorite brands (1) We compared nigori sake from two of our favorite brands, Minakata and Chokyu. First, let's start with Minakata 😄. The first one has a fresh and fruity aroma like apples and a strong fizzy feeling. It has a full, sweet flavor and a crisp, refreshing taste, and is just as delicious as one would imagine 😍. It's been quite a while since I've had Nanpo, but I don't remember it ever being out of place and I think it's a good brand with a high level of quality 😁.

The first Minakata I've had in probably 3 years, given to me in a 300ml bottle ☺️The 4-pack bottle has a picture of Minakata Kumagusu and the brand story on it, but with 300ml there's no room for that... 😅. It has a thin banana 🍌 aroma with a slight tang of alcohol behind it. After a slightly sweet attack, the aftertaste is a good mix of bitterness, sourness and spiciness. The aftertaste of bitterness lasts quite long. It will go well with both meat and fish without any conflict. The quality of the sake is similar to Kido's Junmai Ginjo. Is it because it is a sake from Wakayama Prefecture?

I've never had this sake before❗️. There are many delicious sake in Tochigi, so I'm looking forward to opening the bottle 😀. The aroma is subdued❗️ I'm not sure if this is the first time I've had it, but I'm sure it will be the last. The name "Tomikyushin" was derived from "Tomizo" of Tomizo I, "Hisa" of Wakuri, the mother of Shigenao IV, and most importantly, "Kokoro" or "heart". I ate okonomiyaki, went to an izakaya (Japanese style bar), and at the end, I got the last of a bottle of sake that the owner recommended 😊I got the last of a bottle as a courtesy 😋. It's like a summer sake with a refreshing taste 😚 and a crisp aftertaste 😋. Limited production local sake brewed with Teruhi rice harvested from reclaimed fallow rice fields damaged in the 2014 Hiroshima torrential rain disaster🍶. It is named after the Obayashi district where the rice fields are located, with the aim of "making the village prosperous for the next thousand years." Unfortunately, I saw a newspaper article the other day that the brewing of this season's sake was abandoned due to deer-eating damage this year. We are praying for an early revival.
