SAKEPOST Product]
Made from "Takananishiki," rice suitable for sake brewing 🌾 Aroma like a lactic acid beverage, with a rich and distinct flavor. It is a refreshing sake that goes down your throat, but is very drinkable.
This is my third time at SAKEPOST and it is as delicious as ever!

Niigata Sake no Jin 2025🍶.
As I was walking around the venue, a beautiful bottle caught my eye. I stopped and asked "How do you like it?" so I decided to drink it 😁.
It is said to be a spring sake. For a spring sake, it has a strong full-bodied flavor.
The rice flavor is very effective 🌾.
I thought it might be suitable for warming sake with its thick taste 🤔.
There was a cedar ball decorated at the entrance of the venue.
It has a nice atmosphere 🤗.
I heard it is read as "Chibitagawa". Can you read it 😆?
It is a sake that was purchased at the Niigata Sake-no-jin, so I will have it.
This sake also has a strong taste. But it has a sweetness that makes it easy to drink.
This may be the first time I've had a special honjozo sake.
Pon-chan Good evening! I can't read it. I tried to find the kanji for "chibi," but I couldn't come up with it. It's an old-fashioned glittering name, isn't it?

I was on a business trip.
I finished earlier than I expected, so I went straight to the restaurant where I found when I googled for a little drink.
From "Today's Sake" on the blackboard
Powerful!
Sweetness, umami, acidity, and overall thickness.
But it has a nice sharpness!
So I served it with natto and green pepper omelette.
