I wanted to have yellowtail shabu-shabu, but it was a little too early. We changed to pork shabu-shabu. It was rather nice with a good peculiarity and aroma that goes well with the meat.
After the Bishu Competition (2)
Next is Gindagawa, which I haven't seen since last year's sake competition at Harukas.
As written, it is a light and dry sake with impressive acidity.
It is light but has a moderate amount of umami.
I wonder if the sake has been stored in the snow to increase its umami and add depth to its flavor.
It seems to read "Chibi-gawa".
I bought this sake at a Niigata sake event held at Harukas and enjoyed it at home after work.
It was at room temperature, but it was a delicious sake with a strong alcoholic taste 🍶.
I bought many cups of sake, so Niigata sake will continue for a while.
Good evening, Mr. Tatsu. I was told by the sales clerk next to me at the same venue that this would be on the test. It's a very mellow type of sake, not like Niigata sake 😊.
I had wanted to drink it someday since it appeared in a manga called "First-Class Architect Noriko's Design Thoughts".
I found it at a liquor store in Takada City, Niigata Prefecture, and bought it.
It has a clean and crisp taste.
Delicious.
SAKEPOST Product]
Made from "Takananishiki," rice suitable for sake brewing 🌾 Aroma like a lactic acid beverage, with a rich and distinct flavor. It is a refreshing sake that goes down your throat, but is very drinkable.
This is my third time at SAKEPOST and it is as delicious as ever!
