Sake here has a unique aroma, but this sake also contains the flavor and aroma of Koshitanrei, making it more complex.

Niigata Sake-no-jin OSAKA⑫ Gindagawa] booth. Gindagawa is an obfuscated sake that I remember because I drank it at Ogimachi Park. It means "cold water" in dialect. Gindagawa's Challenge: Sake-no-jin Limited Edition It is a daiginjo and a challenge sake of 3 years old. It has a strong aroma of maturity and a mellow matured taste. The aroma becomes softer when heated, so lukewarm heating is recommended. Ginden Kawagoe Awaginjo Hiyoroshi No matured aroma. The nose has a chocolate flavor, but it is very refreshing. Gintagawa Junmai Ginjo The aroma on the nose is unique, with a bitterness and umami flavor, but it has a slightly peculiar taste. It is said that we are the only brewery in Niigata Prefecture that uses this yeast, which is peculiar and easy to get hooked on.

Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA10 Gindagawa (Chibitagawa) drunk at an event in Ogimachi Park in April. The origin of the word "chibitei" is "cold". There seems to be a place called Gindagawa. It has a peculiar smell (like caramel). When you drink it, it still has that smell and appeals to your personality as THE Gindagawa. The sharpness is good, so I felt like I was in the rice fields of Joetsu.

Honjozo 🍶 JR East Kyun ♥ Pass one-day trip to Niigata 🚃. First, we took the Shinkansen to Niigata. Go to Aomi shopping center in Honmachi 🚌. Much darker. The sake 😅. Match with Cod Milt Tempura 👍. It is too strong by itself, but it becomes delicious when combined with snacks. (私が飲んでみての感想) 超高級なお酒についている栓を開けてグラスに注ぐと黄色味のお酒からはライチの様な良い香りがする。口に含むと甘酸っぱいライチの味がする。旨味を7掛けにした仙禽というのが分かりやすいだろうか。いや、常温に近くなるにつれ、甘味と米の旨味は仙禽以上である。かなり甘味が温度の上昇に連れて上がってくる。袋で吊るして滴る雫を集めた斗瓶取りらしい雑味のないきれいな酒だ。グラスから口に入れる直前に鼻に抜けるライチの香りと間髪入れずに口に含んだ際の極上の甘酸っぱい上品な米の旨味。満足出来る酒である。昨今のトレンドは、フルーティーで甘酸っぱく、低アルコールな酒が評価されるみたいです。その内の二つが当てはまった酒。 蛇足だが、甘い梨と相性バツグン。甘いフルーツに合うとはビックリしました。 酒の味わいのチャートと実際に飲んでみての味わいは「百光」とそっくりよく似ています。 蔵 元 : 代々菊醸造(上越市柿崎) アルコール度:18度 原 材 米:山田錦 精米歩合:40% 日本酒度:+4.0 酸 度:1.1 アミノ酸 : 非公表

Yesterday's report The third glass was Chibitigawa, well-balanced in taste and aroma. The local sake around Naoetsu has a strong aroma. I heard that the wells in Naoetsu have a strong golden air in the water, but I guess it changes in the manufacturing process when it comes to sake. Thank you for your hard work while thinking about the time and effort of these manufacturers.

🍢 Chibigawa I heard it is read as Chibi-bita -> chibi-ta -> oden -> 🍢, right 😆. This sake rice is also new to me. I imagined it would taste like the Midorikawa I drank earlier, but it's quite thick and robust. It's totally different from the impression on the label 💦. Since I was eating, I liked this one better with side dishes. There were two different opinions as to which one I liked better. It's fun to hear the reasons. Yeah, it's still light outside 🔆.
