Bought a small bottle of this Japanese sake, crab and fruit platter from the supermarket as night snack during our trip in Osaka. I simply picked the most expensive one, which is 1500 yen. It tastes very fruity and sweet, more to light body, while it still remains very rich aroma and mellow. Very surprise to me! Perfect match for the food 🥰

I have been enjoying Awamori for a while (I got into drinking five-year old sake Masahiro GOLD 43% with soda water), so I haven't had sake for a long time.
During my trip to Kyoto, I missed this sake at a restaurant where I had Japanese food, so I found this sake at Kyoto station and brought it back as a souvenir.
It was sweet in the mouth the moment I drank it.
I paired it with grilled fish, which was a great decision.
