(The best way to get the most out of this product is to visit 🍶🍶🍶🍶 I bought this at a liquor store on my way back from a visit to a grave in Fukui Prefecture 🙋I bought it because it was reviewed on youtube by Ishikawa's world famous Hoshitaro. I took it out of the fridge and opened the bottle. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not, but it's a good thing. The flavor of the rice and the pleasant acidity. When the temperature is raised, the flavor and acidity are more assertive than right after opening the bottle. It says that it goes well with Japanese cuisine, and I think this is true. It is a good food sake that does not interfere with food. Sari seems to go well with rice crispy rice 😀.

A night of drinking at "Fukuna Sakai" with my usual friends. The sweetness and umami that is typical of "Sari" and the clean acidity finish off the duck's flavor and fat with a good aftertaste. I had a course, a la carte and various other dishes, all of them were very delicious and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the food, so I found a good restaurant ✨I will have to go back in the future

I have been looking forward to drinking "Okushika" for a long time. It is battered from condensation when I bought it, but I will enjoy it with "Katano Sakura" and the Osaka sake combination! When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was caramel, brown sugar, and pancake-like. The mouthfeel is moist and full of umami and richness. I've been curious about Re:vive Kuga from Heiroku Brewery, but I've never had it before. I drank "layer" but this is my first time to try "Re:vive". I wanted to make sake, but I don't have a sake license, so I mixed germinated brown rice with sake and made it as a craft sake. (Brown rice is considered rice and is sake, germinated brown rice is craft sake, I didn't know that 🧐) Gentle sweetness, moderate acidity. Fresh and delicious 😋. Not schwashy, but fresh? Beautiful and tasty, but maybe it's my imagination, a bit subtly different from so called sake? (Can't describe it 🤣) Well, it's good because it tastes good 😆. It's the kind of thing that goes down smoothly.

It is said to be an irregular sake. The toji-san overfilled it with 4-stage rice or something😅. The "Raku" on the label represents the over-filled rice, and the blue color represents the pale face of the toji-san. Gutsy, but quite sweet and sour. It is much sweeter than other Raku no sei I've had, but I also feel its character. The rice is from the terraced rice fields of Hida. I can't seem to name the rice, but I wonder if it is Hidahomare or some other rice that is only available in Gifu. I heard that if you mention the name of the rice, you will get complaints like Kamerei did in Hiroshima, but if you don't mention the name, it's OK.

Tasted at Umeda Hankyu Department Store. The rice was said to be Gohyakumangoku. The quality of the sake is clean and refreshing for hiyaoroshi. It is easy to drink without a sense of maturity. As the person in charge said, it is a quiet type of sake, so I think it is suitable for a mealtime drink.

It looks like all of them use locally grown rice, as did the two types of Kitanosho I posted the other day. It seems that only Ryu-ryoku and Koko use Jinryoku all the time. I'm sure there are other places like Okura that use it for single use. When I tasted it, my impression was that it was quite sweet and the second half was heavy, but it was smoky and the flavor of the rice came through with a bang. It has a strong bitterness at the end. It is not the type of sake I would drink on its own, so I will have to wait and see. I don't think it should be chilled too much. If you like Shimane or Tottori area sake, this would be good for you. I think it has a quality of sake that would not be affected by letting it sit for a while. There are glimpses of sweetness and a fruity atmosphere, but I wonder if it's basically more of a classic. Is it a multi-faceted, multi-personality sake?
