Tasted here also at Hankyu Department Store. Junmai Ginjo-shu made with Kuzuryu. It is a refreshingly dry sake, but has a sweet and fruity taste. This time I bought a bottle of unfiltered raw sake made with Jinryoku.

Tasted at Umeda Hankyu Department Store. The rice was said to be Gohyakumangoku. The quality of the sake is clean and refreshing for hiyaoroshi. It is easy to drink without a sense of maturity. As the person in charge said, it is a quiet type of sake, so I think it is suitable for a mealtime drink.

It looks like all of them use locally grown rice, as did the two types of Kitanosho I posted the other day. It seems that only Ryu-ryoku and Koko use Jinryoku all the time. I'm sure there are other places like Okura that use it for single use. When I tasted it, my impression was that it was quite sweet and the second half was heavy, but it was smoky and the flavor of the rice came through with a bang. It has a strong bitterness at the end. It is not the type of sake I would drink on its own, so I will have to wait and see. I don't think it should be chilled too much. If you like Shimane or Tottori area sake, this would be good for you. I think it has a quality of sake that would not be affected by letting it sit for a while. There are glimpses of sweetness and a fruity atmosphere, but I wonder if it's basically more of a classic. Is it a multi-faceted, multi-personality sake?

The far shore of the year. Visited the grave and had a drink at my parents' house 🍶. The second bottle is a sake from Saku that my brother got as a gift. I don't know this brand at all! The label also looks dull...^^; What is TSURUYA on the label? It is brewed in Nagano and made with 100% Nagano rice. And it's made with Yamae Nishiki, which was developed in Nagano. It's nice to stick to local. It is not very floral, but rather a little dry and refreshing. It was a good match with the snacks. I also had some tasake after this, but this one was probably the best.

This is my first Suehiro❗️ When I went on my trip to Aizu, there were signs everywhere Sake by Suehiro Sake Brewery😊. The aroma is subdued! The taste is more refreshing than I expected. It is a very easy to drink sake with a nice umami flavor👍. It was a well balanced sake that would go well with a variety of meals. It was a delicious sake!

Ordered after the taxi driver. Also raw sake. It's called "Soma no Tengu". It is not possible to read it if it notices the frigana of the label. I'm sorry. It's as difficult to read as Kireuriwari in Osaka. Well, how is the taste...? The second drink of Aichi sake in the deep atmosphere of the Fushimi underground shopping mall. Yumeginko, all-Nagoya junmai sake, with sake rice also grown in Nagoya City. This is one of the bottles that was sold in a set with Tobiroki at Hasegawa sake shop, it was made in October 2020, so I guess they used Tobiroki to clear this stock 😅. I'm not a big fan of the Satsuma Masamune, but I'm not a big fan of the Tobiroki either. I was a bit worried because it's a raw stored sake, almost a year after production, but there were no quality issues 😄. Rather, I didn't feel the peculiarity that I felt when I drank Junmai Ginjo before, and it tastes better than that time 🌟. It has a slight sweetness, a strong alcohol feeling and a spiciness that comes down the throat, not very distinctive but enough for everyday drinking. Cold sake is the best 😚
