There was a rare sake at a stall, so I bought it. It was sweet.

It does not have a ginjo aroma, but it tastes of rice and is very easy to drink.
As the name suggests, it is a very good sake for Japanese food.
It is said that the name of the brewery was inspired by the idea of "sake with the fragrance of the East" or something. The founder trained at the Ino family, which produced the famous Tadataka, before opening the brewery.
It is quite fruity on the palate. The attack is sweet, but when you roll it down and swallow it, you will find that it is not so sweet. Rather, the spiciness spreads gradually on the tongue as it rolls down.

I drank it cold. It had a refreshing aftertaste with a slight tang on the nose and a hint of astringency, but it had a nice aroma on the palate, so it would be more enjoyable if it were heated.
