A little bit of a sizzle ✨, soft, gentle ☺️, sweet and spicy. You can feel the richness of the rice. My wife says it's porridge😅dry aftertaste. I want to pair it with something fermented like funazushi, only sake from Shiga 😆 I paired it with udo breast goma mayo 😋.
