Continuing from yesterday, a comparison of the tops of the median that was given to me by Princess Sabori: ‼️ First, the blue label ‼️ This is R3BY It's a Tokushun but with 50% polished rice 🤣. The aroma is like grape 🍇? It has a gentle sweetness and a bitter finish that is also gentle and tasty 😋 I think I prefer it to Araubashiri. Next, I'm going to try the R2BY black label supernatant 👍.

Forgot to post this😆 Then the R4's. I knew I prefer the taste of this one 😋. I think I like the taste of the one year aged one better 😋 It's mellower or calmer....

Followed by Origami: ‼️ I took the supernatant before mixing it, and it was not so different from the supernatant before 🤣. No wonder 😆. When I mix it, the flavor is so much better 😋 I would like to repeat this 👍! It's also cosmetically good to buy only the "ogara-mi" and enjoy it twice 😆.

The 2nd meeting with Mr. Gura (2) I've always been curious about Ryoga, but I haven't been able to buy it because they only sell one bottle and it's dry, so this is the first time I'm drinking it. Dry taste It's so light and dry! The acidity is refreshing!

It has gotten a little chilly here in Miyazaki. It's the season for heated sake. We had a little bit of cold sake, and then we checked the temperature and drank one cup at a time, using a sake cup. My wife's cup never stops!

Returning home to my parents' house Since I've come all this way, I'll have a glass of Saga sake. You can feel the depth of rice in this sake. The accompaniment was octopus dumplings from Yachan-do!

Here's the second drink, a drink comparison at HAMA BAR in Kashima City. Nokomi Special Junmai Sake The concept of this sake is a light taste with a mild aroma. It is made with "Saga-no-Hana" rice, which is suitable for sake brewing in Saga Prefecture, and is said to have a light taste. It has a good balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity that makes me want another glass 😁!

This is the first time I've seen this warehouse. The rice used is Maikaze. As the name suggests, everything, including the yeast, is from Gunma, and it seems to be an annual event. The mouthfeel is mild. It is bitter-sweet with a slight banana aroma. It gently finishes with a hint of umami. It seems to have a lot of depth. Well-balanced and cohesive sake. I️ would like to visit Funao Falls too!

After a few drinks, it was quite late, so I headed home while eating a golden dharma bento commemorating the 140th anniversary of Takasaki Station. I will close my Gunma trip with "Akagisan" and "Funao Taki"! Sweet and sugary aroma like sugar. The taste is smooth and silky, and while it has a Gunma sake-like quality, it tastes more like a sweet sake derived from brewer's alcohol. There is nothing outstanding about it, but it is a perfect match for ekiben (boxed lunches), with its unobtrusiveness, slight sweetness, and crispness!

Gifts from Mom #5 The surrealistic labeling of "On a night like this..." is unbearable. Uitate aroma is fruity and citrusy. The mouthfeel is tangy gas on the tongue with a good sweetness & acidity. The aftertaste has some alcohol, but the bitterness is pleasant again! The aftertaste is not too long, and you can go on and on. After all, on a night like this... it's delicious! Thank you for the food!

2024 Spring Evening - Tasting New Sake - 18Last. Yoshinotomo Junmai Ginjyo Nama Nama Sake Tominokou As I recall, it is a current sake with apple blossom yeast. I heard that there were 40 kinds of sake at this banquet, but only 18 made it to the end. Each brewer's brewing water was also offered as a Wakarimizu. We were fully entertained, thank you very much to the secretariat 😊.

Bought directly from the Mukho Sake Brewery... Aroma: Slightly cemedine? As the label on the back says, it's a solid and heavy sake. It is like a local sake, and the bitterness in the aftertaste is a bit of a problem, but...it soaks into your guts...it goes well with strong flavored snacks...smoked hoya and stewed tuna...I enjoy it with a little bit of it....

It is a junmai ginjo-shu made from 50% polished "Hanabukiyuki," Aomori Prefecture's preferred rice for sake brewing. Haikara" is a 30's sake, a low alcohol sake in the 13%'s. It is a sake brewed from scratch by brewers in their 30's with no direction from the toji, but with their own ingenuity based on their own experience. Taken from President Nishida's Instagram (Here are my impressions from my stupid tongue) Brilliantly fruity From the moment you drink it, you can feel the juice, and it goes down your throat smooth and easy to drink. It is very fruity and easy to drink 😋. Like ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
