On Sunday, I visited the Taste of Morita Co. This is the family brewery of Akio Morita, the founder of Sony. I was attracted by the Aji no Yakata limited edition and bought a bottle. It tasted a little sweeter than I expected and was easier to drink than I expected. 1,650 yen

(I was tired from eating too much rich food, so I decided to balance it out with some light sake, so I bought a bottle of Nenohi from Yamaya. Nenohi is thin, as was the case with the cup sake. The light flavor is clear but still has the presence of light flavor to make the most of it! Today, I overcame my fear of the new koro and went to a hot spring! The treasure of Amagasaki, Tsukiji Ebisu Spa is still wonderful! I got the locker number 17 and the BIGBOSS number 1! Then I went to Ohmononokunushi Shrine and wished to become a big shot! Then we went to the recently excavated Nozato no Yu! It was a light spring! After that, we went to Hashigawa Shrine along the Yodogawa River, which was also nice!

The aroma is mild 😁The mouthfeel is smooth even though it is nigori 😊The sweetness and umami of the gentle rice 🌾 is good👍The middle part has a lactic acid taste 😚The aftertaste is refreshing and easy to drink 😘. I think it is the best one-cup nigori that you can drink whenever you want 🥳.

I bought this Suzune for my wife who wanted to drink it 😛 lol The gasiness is still the same, but the rice flavor and acidity are there, but the impression is a little lighter than Suzune. I think I like this one better because it's more refreshing✨.

☀️ Weekend in Aizuwakamatsu. I knew I had to try Kitakata ramen ❗️, so I had some ramen🍜 before returning to the hotel🏨. The chewy noodles, the soft chashu pork, the soy sauce broth...it was all great 😋. And one more bowl before bed 😆. We stopped by Suehiro Sake Brewery on our brewery tour and bought some sake 🍶 and jelly 🤩. First of all, a puchi puchi 🫧. It starts with bitterness and gradually sweetens up. A nice, clean, flattering taste 😚. Next is the jelly 🤍. Plum? Tangerine? Sweet like 🤔. Hard to compare as I can hardly taste the acidity 😓. It's listed as having alcohol in it, but maybe because I was drunk, it was no different than regular jelly 😆. I have special plans tomorrow so I'm going to bed early 🛌💤.

This is a series of Discovery brewed by Kankiku Meijo. This sake uses Yamada-Nishiki and Gohyaku-mangoku, representative Japanese sake rice species. I was surprised to so fruity and sweet tastes and aroma, which doesn't need any side dishes for it. Really love it but maybe hard to get.

Shirakiku Junmai Genjyu 16-17% 60% 720ml 1000yen approx. Purchased after visiting a brewery in Ibaraki. It is made from "Niji no Kirameki" from Ryukazaki City, Ibaraki Prefecture. It is sweet but not cloyingly so. The aftertaste is pungent and astringent. It is easy to drink, although it has a strong alcoholic taste. Kokushu fair 2025 in Osaka⑳⑳ Ibaraki Prefecture booth 10 When we say "Shirakiku" in Kansai, the image of Shirakiku Brewery of Daisen Shirakiku comes to mind, but Hirose Shoten in Ishioka City has been using the brand name of Shirakiku since 1805 when the company was founded. ◉Shirakiku Junmai Ginjo The taste is mild and mellow, with a dark sweetness. It has a complex aftertaste. According to bouken's information, it is made from rice Inochinoichi, which is a mutation of Koshihikari. I forgot to take a picture of it, so I borrowed it from bouken-san.

The sourness that is typical of a traditional sake brewer spreads out and you can't help but sigh 😚 When it gets cloudy, you can enjoy the flavor of the rice and the tingling dryness together☺️. It was a good stimulus for my tongue, which has been used to sweet sake lately. This may be the best Nara sake to pair with Kakinoha Sushi👍.

Returned to Yamagata. I always see Ou Boast Neo Classic at the supermarket. Is it some kind of standard sake from the brewery? I had always wondered, and bought it for the first time at the nearest supermarket. The clear melon and banana-like ginjo aroma bursts forth as soon as you drink it! It finishes with a hint of acidity without being cloying. Amazing 😍! I'm tired of drinking by myself after the holidays, so I thought I'd hold off on sake today. I was thinking, "I'm tired of drinking by myself after the holidays..." but where was I? I found myself down to my last glass. I looked back at the label and saw that it can also be served heated: ⁉️ Just in time ❗️, I heated it up and found it had a sweet rice flavor! The aftertaste is not a negative chemical feeling, but a refreshing herbal feeling that seems to be good for the body. I've never tried a herbal compress 💦. It is a refreshing sake that tastes great cold or warmed up! I'm sobering to find a sake like this in the supermarket: ⚡️

Had this special high grade sake from Oujiman brewery. It has a 6% rice polishing ratio!! I loved its mellow fruity notes and a elegantly clean finishing, it keeps tempt you to drink it. I'll definitely buy this again next time.
