The official website has the above specs and price, but the information I received says Miyamanishiki/Yamadanishiki, Sake degree +2, Acidity 1.7, 1801 yeast, 1,580 yen.
Fruity and refreshing.
It tasted relatively modern, just like the fashionable label.

I met this bottle at a hormone-yaki restaurant on our first trip together after my dad and I requested to get married. I used to be a sake lover, but after drinking it for a while... it sunk in. It was so good that I brought it home as a souvenir.
