The event started at Yoshinoyu. The brewer himself asked me which sake I would like. I was surprised to hear the brewer himself say, "Which one would you like?
Slightly dry, with a nice sharp taste.

Fruity aromas prevail. The mouthfeel is soft and smooth. The impression is light and easy to drink, with little alcohol. In the mouth, a gentle sweetness spreads.

It looks slow but it is light sweet and refreshing. This is delicious!

I don't know the detailed specs, but I was told it was fire-brewed.
