Yoshinotomo Shiboritate
The fourth bottle in the table set. It is simple, but also consistently delicious, as expected.
Until last year, there were many other sakes chilled on both sides of the hall and you were free to take them, but then there were tables with 10 or more bottles lined up, and this year there was a 4 bottle rule that you had to either empty the table or bring an exchange item 😭
The third one, "Hou," another brand of Yoshinotomo, was pulled out because everyone knew it was an expensive sake!
The glass artist in attendance got it, but a few minutes later, another table member came to ask for an exchange. No no no, he asked us to wait until after all the people at this table had poured 🤣.
It has a clean and sharp aftertaste!
Easy to drink!
Recommended for wine lovers!
The snack is "Additive-free cheese kamaboko marinated in koji miso" (500 yen)

A refreshing drink.
Sweet -> good -> spicy.
Perfect as a food sake.
Spicy aftertaste. Has a lingering aftertaste.
Elegant. The color is yellowish green. Unusual!
This brewery is obsessed with junmai (pure rice)! It has a great sharpness, but also has the sweetness of rice! The owner here is very particular about sake. Don't underestimate it as a sushi restaurant!
The fruity aroma envelops you even before you drink it.
The mouthfeel is clean, fruity, and very tasty!

The taste is clean but fresh.
