Toyama Eki-naka Sake BAR, No.12 Yoshinotomo, nigori sake Alcohol content 17%. Rice polishing ratio 65 When it comes to Junmai sake, Yoshinotomo is the best. It is light nigori, light shuwashi, silky dry and delicious😃.

2024 Spring Evening - Tasting New Sake - 18Last. Yoshinotomo Junmai Ginjyo Nama Nama Sake Tominokou As I recall, it is a current sake with apple blossom yeast. I heard that there were 40 kinds of sake at this banquet, but only 18 made it to the end. Each brewer's brewing water was also offered as a Wakarimizu. We were fully entertained, thank you very much to the secretariat 😊.

Yoshinotomo Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi Toyama Eki-naka Sake Bar - Autumn Festival On Friday, September 5, from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., I stopped by on my way home from work. The event started at Yoshinoyu. The brewer himself asked me which sake I would like. I was surprised to hear the brewer himself say, "Which one would you like? Slightly dry, with a nice sharp taste. I borrowed the 4th picture from the official Toyama local sake fan club: 🙇‍♂️

Toyama Ekichu BAR - Hokuriku Summer Sake Festival 2025⑤ Yoshinotomo Yoshinotomo Junmai Usukumo Rice used: Gohyakumangoku produced in Toyama Polishing ratio 65 Alcohol content: 14%. Next up was from Toyama Prefecture. The brewer poured it for us. It looks slow but it is light sweet and refreshing. This is delicious!

Toyama Nigori Sake Fair at KITTE? I had a drink at the Toyama Nigori Sake Fair at KITTE. I don't know the detailed specs, but I was told it was fire-brewed. It tasted sweet and lactic like calpis. It was sweet and tasted like juice.
