Second Nagasaki Sake
At "Sake-no-Hiradogoya" in the shopping center attached to JR Nagasaki Station
I said, "Please give me a sake that can only be bought here!
I asked for a sake only available here, and this one was recommended.
He explained that it was a fruity, apple-like sake.
The first day
The aroma was quite ricey,
I thought, "Could this be old-fashioned sake?"
When I drank it, I thought
"Sweet!"
It is indeed an apple.
Second day
The aroma is not so much rice aroma, but a clear ginjo aroma.
When I drank it, it tasted like a sweet and sour cider.
I see it's apple.
Delicious!
Sake is a wonder!
At first, one senses a ginjo aroma.
In the mouth, there is no sweetness or acidity.
As you swallow, you can feel the acidity and richness, but it disappears easily.
It seems to go well with sashimi and other tasty snacks.
The seller is Kuretake Shuzo in Kashima City, Saga Prefecture, and the manufacturer is Kinegawa in Isahaya City, Nagasaki Prefecture. This sake was included in a drinking set as a Kashima sake. It tastes orthodox. Compared to the sake we have compared so far, it does not have a strong personality.

Slightly sweet apple-like top
The same soft aroma as at the top, the soft umami and sweetness of the rice spread gradually with a crisp acidity, and the slight bitterness and spiciness of a little alcohol make it finish smoothly.
It is slightly classical and well-balanced, and is best drunk with a meal rather than on its own.
