2024 Spring Evening - Tasting New Sake - 18Last. Yoshinotomo Junmai Ginjyo Nama Nama Sake Tominokou As I recall, it is a current sake with apple blossom yeast. I heard that there were 40 kinds of sake at this banquet, but only 18 made it to the end. Each brewer's brewing water was also offered as a Wakarimizu. We were fully entertained, thank you very much to the secretariat 😊.

Yoshinotomo Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi Toyama Eki-naka Sake Bar - Autumn Festival On Friday, September 5, from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., I stopped by on my way home from work. The event started at Yoshinoyu. The brewer himself asked me which sake I would like. I was surprised to hear the brewer himself say, "Which one would you like? Slightly dry, with a nice sharp taste.
