It was the second day of Sentoku's brewery opening, and my wife and I went out in the morning to get four products and five bottles! Among them was this sake, which they bottle on the spot when you buy it. The smell is fruity and acidic, a bit like cemedine. The taste is a little sour and full of rice. It makes my stomach feel warm and fuzzy.

When I bought it, the owner of the liquor store told me to let it sit for a while to increase the gassy feeling, so I let it sit for two months. There was no popping, but in the mouth it had a nice citrusy taste. I felt the fullness of the rice mixed with the lees. Snoqualmie is always delicious!

I was thinking that I would not win again this year because I did not win last year, but the other day I received it by courier. I am honestly happy (#^. I was so happy to receive it the other day. Inside the package was a notice that I had won the prize and a map of Japan with the names of all the sake breweries in the country (I couldn't read it). The smell is moderate, the taste is a little dry, and the alcohol content is a little high.

My first Chochin. Warmed up! Delicious 😋. The other day we drove five hours one way to a farmer in Satsumasendai City to buy some cyclamen🌸. My wife and I each chose two plants of our favorite flowers, and on the way home we stopped at a liquor store and bought a bottle to take home. I wanted to buy a sake from Kagoshima prefecture, but they didn't carry it. Too bad😭.
