Drinking Continues.
The third bottle
The third bottle is a year-old Tsukishita Muyori. It seems to have become more rounded while retaining its drinkability... Too much to drink.
Drinking with a fisherman friend.
The second bottle was Kaze no Mori, which is already quite good.
It's still delicious. Not too sweet, but tart and shwashy.
Delicious!
Fifth bottle.
It's quite fruity and alcoholic, so I had a glass cold and heated it up. It's good (๑̀ㅂ́)و✧
After a few days, it rounds out and can be served cold.
The 4th bottle
Last year, someone posted something to the effect of "Itsukumochi tastes better when it is laid down for a year," and when I opened the bottle and poured it into a glass, it tasted a little yellowish and had a nice smell.
It tastes mild, sweet, and easy to drink. It is extremely tasty.
Second bottle.
First time for me to drink Philando. It was a little cloudy when poured into a glass, and both sweet and sour tastes were strong and delicious.
I would like to try a regular one next time.
After returning from Osaka for the first time in six days, I opened the sake refrigerator! I must have been in a hurry and unplugged it when I left home for my flight.
There was almost all the sake inside.
It's too good to throw away, so I'll do my best to consume it.
The first bottle is Shinshin, smells normal, tastes ok, delicious, but I'm not sure it tasted like this.
And about 10 more bottles.
I was in Osaka on business, so I went to a liquor store near my hotel in search of sake not available in Miyazaki.
It was my first sake from Haneya. It was a hazy sake, but it had a clear taste with a strong sweetness.
I picked up the label, which I had been curious about for several years, for the first time and brought it to the cash register, where the owner happily explained that it was a very labor-intensive sake, even though it was a honjozo sake. He said that because of this, it was not profitable and this was the last time he would be making this sake.
The fruity, lactic acidic smell was delicious.
When you drink it, it has the nigori rice flavor, sweetness, tangy, dry, and refreshing.
I will gratefully enjoy the rest of the bottle.
Hi jiiiii😄
I drank it at the store myself and heard it was only available this year. So profitability was the reason 😳It makes sense since there is obviously a gap between the alcohol and the price: 🙂↕️
It's a sad drink when it's gone 🍶.
Sake purchased at the recent brewery opening
Slight yellowish color.
The smell is not so strong, and the taste is calm and easy to drink and enjoyable.
It is easy to drink and easy to drink. 300ml is not too much.
It was the second day of Sentoku's brewery opening, and my wife and I went out in the morning to get four products and five bottles! Among them was this sake, which they bottle on the spot when you buy it.
The smell is fruity and acidic, a bit like cemedine.
The taste is a little sour and full of rice.
It makes my stomach feel warm and fuzzy.
It has a soft, gentle, and elegant smell.
The liquid is smooth and smooth, but the mouthfeel is surprisingly light and the elegant sweetness spreads on the palate.
It is also delicious.
When I bought it, the owner of the liquor store told me to let it sit for a while to increase the gassy feeling, so I let it sit for two months.
There was no popping, but in the mouth it had a nice citrusy taste.
I felt the fullness of the rice mixed with the lees.
Snoqualmie is always delicious!
Today, it's newspaper.
It smells like muscat, which you cannot imagine from newspaper.
Sourness with a hint of sweetness.
Bitterness with a hint of sweetness.
You can drink it 😊☺️☺️
The chicken was simmered in a refreshing sauce.
