My daughter went to Hokkaido for her honeymoon and sent me a bottle of Kochira for my wife and a bottle of Umeshu from there. It has a nice, unobtrusive smell. I thought it would be dry, but when I sipped it, the fruity soft sweetness and bitterness came and went, leaving a lingering feeling of alcohol in my chest. It is a beautiful sake. Thank you!

It's sweet." It's a different kind of sweetness from the usual Kouei chrysanthemum. What is it, I wondered, checking the label. This is a kijo sake! I was surprised when I bought it without knowing it. My wife, who loves kijoshu, said, "This is delicious! She offered the empty glass to me.

I went to the cashier at my usual liquor store with a bottle of Anastasia and asked if they had a 4-pack of Ikubou. He asked me which one I would like. I was told that they had both ice-aged and new sake, and when I said "both," he laughed and said, "That's right, isn't it? I drank a bottle of self-matured Ikubou in March of this year, which was very tasty, and it was the same one as that. It has a little gas, round sweetness, and exquisite acidity.

Koshinohomare, a recent favorite. It has a cute label and is a kijoshu. It is easy to drink, not too sweet, and I like to drink it with chocolate. I'd like to drink it with chocolate.

I found this at a liquor store during Obon and thought it was the sake that J&N had posted the other day. I asked the store about the sparkling sake, but they didn't have it, so I took this one home. I asked the owner about sparkling sake, but they didn't have any, so I took this one home. This was my first Nanamizu, but I will definitely buy it next time I see it.

I went to my usual liquor store and grabbed three bottles of what I wanted, and when I muttered that I wanted to try this one too, my wife said she would buy it for me as a birthday present. It is a sake from the annual New Sake Competition. It was a beautiful sake with a refreshing acidity and sweetness, and although it was 17.5 degrees Celsius, it didn't make me feel it. Thank you very much.

It is a gift. High alcohol content, 20 degrees. It is a bit hard to drink as it is. I tried drinking it on the rocks with ice. It is a hard sake with a nigori flavor.

I stopped by the liquor store for a different brand, but they didn't have it, so I brought this one home. The smell is similar to the smell of the second most popular sake brewery in Pinappo Akita...I like it. It is quite fruity and easy to drink. It is delicious.

A friend of mine who is a fisherman landed it in Katsuura, Wakayama and gave it to me as a souvenir. It has a classic flavor with a subdued smell, but it goes well with sashimi and kakiage (deep fried shrimp), and is easy to drink. I warmed up about 1 gou of the sake, which I enjoyed, but the two fishermen said they preferred it cold. Thank you very much!

When I asked the liquor store what it was like when I bought it, I was told that it is a sake that is easy to pair with food. The smell is not too strong, and the sweetness and acidity are not too strong, but that is a good thing, because it makes me want to pour a glass of it again. It is a delicious sake.

Drinking party 3rd bottle I feel like I'm getting a good deal when I'm drinking the thicker, more intense nama sake. This one is also delicious. When the third bottle was empty, the two fishermen took a cab to a bar. They had been drinking until 3:00 a.m. the day before.

Two fishermen who are friends of mine came to my house for a drink. When poured into a glass, a strong bubbling like carbonated water rises up. The smell is of rice, and you can tell it is sake. It has a gentle sweetness with a bitter aftertaste, and the gasiness gives it a strong dryness. It was gone in no time.

The bottle was opened with a pop and a flourish. It smells good. Smells like cider. Sweet and sour with a little bitterness after. Light and easy going. It's my favorite of the ones I've had this year. I wonder if the liquor store still has it?

At the end of April, I wanted to drink a bottle of Tenshizumi's "Namaishige" sake with a red label, which I had last year, so I asked at a liquor store. I asked about it on the Itakura SNS and was told that it would not be sold this year. When I opened the chilled bottle and poured it into a glass, it had a pale amber color, a slight acidity, and a woody smell. On the second day, the liquor store said it was good warmed up, so I tried it. I feel like I can drink it all the time at any temperature.
