Nagano sake is delicious 😋. I thought it was sweet, but it seems pretty dry 😋I think it's a great sake for a meal 👍Drinking it chilled is a great way to get a kick out of it👍. I heard one of the hyenas was today's No. 1 😆.

The rice used is Senbonishiki from Kumano in Hiroshima Prefecture. This brand is probably the first. To be honest, I didn't know about it. The person of the shop said "It comes in after two years". Rice used is something from Kyushu It was sent together with eel as a hometown tax return gift from Isahaya City❗️. It is a clear and dry sake with good sharpness ‼️. The sweetness is just a hint and goes well with eel. I was curious about the sake brewery that has the same name as Okinawa "Reimei", but I see they are related. It is interesting to see how many things are connected in this industry.

I got this on a trip to Nagasaki last year. I will have it while thinking back to the delicious Turkish rice and Sara Udon noodles 🤤. When you open the bottle and pour it, the aroma is sweet and fluffy, like pudding or custard. The aroma is gentle and soothing. The mouthfeel is smooth and silky, but as the aroma suggests, it has a pudding-like flavor and a moist sweetness that fills the mouth 🍮. On the other hand, it also has a slightly tangy and pungent acidity that gives it a lightness, so it has a good balance of depth of flavor and a sharpness that goes down your throat👍. In the latter half of the bottle, the astringent taste also comes out, so the flavor can be felt as caramelized. There are also the standard "Yokoyama Goju" and "Rokujyosu", and I remember that I had a lot of trouble finding a variety at the Nagasaki airport. I also drank Nagasaki sake several times, and it seems to me that the level of sake is as high as that of shochu 😌.

I have always been curious about this sake. First, let's take a sip. Smells more like candy than fruit. Banana cake, lychee, yogurt, freshly baked pound cake, very ripe peaches. No sign of activity. Concentrated! Concentrated syrup. Tart on the tongue with a good sweetness, ripe fruit like pears, green apples, and some alcohol as when the fruit is quite ripe. Finishes with bitterness, acidity and sweetness and has a long finish. Good and amazing. Power. It's drinkable with a splash. Shake a few times to mix and drink. Rice, milky smell. The rice flavor, sweetness, and sourness of the rice spread out in a flash, and the doburoku, or doburoku, has a fruitiness that surrounds the main rice flavor, and the bitterness comes in and gives it a nice sharpness. The rice is almost completely melted, so it is smooth and refreshing. Delicious! A few days later, after shaking and mixing, it did not separate even after a few hours. Doburoku is generally considered to be a rather difficult liquor to drink because of its strong acidity and various other strong habits. But what is this doburoku! It's not so sweet or sour, just enough to give a gentle taste of the ingredients, and it's easy to drink! For those who like that habit, it may be quite insufficient. However, I like it this much better now. Other doburoku seems to take a little more getting used to. The rice mash is not that strong and has a mouthfeel similar to muddy sake. If I am wrong, it may even be easier to drink than the more habitual muddy sake... lol. Combined with the PET bottle container, it felt like Koiwai apple juice. Are my nose and tongue going crazy? Again, no rice used or major specs. It is a very low alcohol sake at 5%. Oh❗️It's really red! is my first impression. I remember drinking red sake before, but once again I thought rice is amazing. It's hard to recognize this as sake when it's served without saying anything. It's almost like a rosé wine, with a strawberry-like flavor. It's light, but I'm not sure I like the sweetness and mouthfeel. If I were served this sake at midnight, I'd be in a bit of trouble.

The rice used in this is also unknown. A slightly low-alcohol type of Junmai Ginjo So far, this is the most authentic and the driest sake in the HINEMOS range. The mouthfeel is clear, light and refreshing. When you drink it, the umami-sweetness spreads out, and at the end, you can feel the bitterness and spiciness in the throat and nose, and it tightens up quickly. Yes, yes, this is my favorite type 😋. This is the first time I've seen this warehouse. The rice used is Maikaze. As the name suggests, everything, including the yeast, is from Gunma, and it seems to be an annual event. The mouthfeel is mild. It is bitter-sweet with a slight banana aroma. It gently finishes with a hint of umami. It seems to have a lot of depth. Well-balanced and cohesive sake. I will close my Gunma trip with "Akagisan" and "Funao Taki"! Sweet and sugary aroma like sugar. Aizan sake, still stocked but a little interrupted for refrigerator reasons😅. Shochiku Ume, but brewed in Nada, not Fushimi. There's a big building that looks like a factory near Sunshine Wharf. The bottle and cap have a unique design. The aroma on the nose is quite gorgeous, with a slight nuance of peppermint. In the mouth, it has a gorgeous sweetness and a bitter spiciness. It is refreshing but has a strong personality, probably because it is an unfiltered sake.
