Slightly citrusy with a clean mouthfeel. A lingering bitterness and a strong sense of alcohol.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic), brewers' alcohol

Alcohol content: 19%.
It has a strong flavor but not too much.
It goes well with strongly flavored entrées, but goes best with yakitori (sauce) 😃.
It is not too much to say that it is a sake for yakitori.
