I bought this alcohol as a tie-in to the No.6 x type direct pass 🍶. It wasn't exactly the sake I wanted, so the bar was low, but I was surprised when I tried it: ‼️ It is one of the best tasting sakes I have ever had👍. Fruity aroma typical of daiginjo 🍌. It has a good umami taste, a nice acidity, and no bitterness 😀. I'm glad I found a good sake that I like (^...^)

Nabari City, Mie Prefecture. Sawa Sake Brewing Company. Sangu Special Junmai Sake Tsukiyomi Sangu" which seems not to be drinkable any more. It was too good to drink, but I opened the bottle because I thought it was better to drink it before it got twitchy. We drank it cold. The first aroma is mild, citrusy, and alkali aroma. The color is clear with a slight yellow tinge. The taste starts with a slightly sharp acidity, and the nose is filled with a fluffy, mature aroma and a gradually swelling umami flavor. A slightly bitter taste lingers on the tongue and is slightly spicy. Maybe not my favorite... I think it is suitable for warming, so I tried heating it up. First trip to Nobee Yokocho this season! When heated, the acidity mellows out, the sweetness spreads as if the entire tongue is coated, the umami is more easily felt, and the acidity is calmed down. It is best when heated from about 50℃ and cooled down to lukewarm or lukewarm. I tried it when pyonpyon told me that heating it up softens the edginess, and it was perfect 😉. Heating up is a very deep process 🙄. Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Rice used: 100% Saganohana Polishing ratio: Kakemai 50%, Kakemai 68 Alcohol content: 16

I've never seen this brand before. It's mostly consumed in Niigata Prefecture, so it's not sold outside the prefecture. I was lucky enough to drink it 😄. It's chilled but very juicy, and it's a true trendy combination of sweetness and refreshment. I drank it at the end of a drinking party, so there wasn't much left of the knob, but it's a very powerful drink that works well on its own. I'd really like to taste it at home, so if I find it somewhere else, I'll definitely buy it 😙. But I drank too much yesterday 😨

It's my first time to drink Hiraizumi❗️ I've never had a Junmai Daiginjo from Yamahai 🤔. It doesn't have a fruity aroma❗️ Somewhat spicy aroma and taste😅 It's very unusual. I've tasted it somewhere before but can't remember where 😥. It's a daiginjo so it has a clean aftertaste. But to be honest, it wasn't my favorite taste 😥. I wonder what other Hiraizumi tastes like❓

The sake that Rafa ordered. I exchanged it for the sake I ordered and drank some. The rice is said to be modified Nobukou. Unlike the straight kumi-style sake, it is calm and has a mild sweetness. It is more like a classic sake. The official website says it is about -7, so I think it is more on the sweet side. If you think of it as the standard sake of the brewery, it is quite high. It seems that Rafa has a connection with Satte City, where Toyoake's brewery is located, and I thought such an episode was interesting.

Toyoake in Satte, Saitama Prefecture. When I tasted it last week at Koedo Kurasato in Kawagoe, I felt its obvious individuality and immediately bought a 4-goupe bottle because I wanted to drink it at home. It is a fire-aged junmai sake with a slightly sweet, dark flavor and a modern acidity. It has character. The subtitle and the message on the back label are also good. The waka poem written on the box? on the box is also nice. The slight coloring is due to the limited amount of charcoal used in the filtration process.

It was very carbonated and I spilled a lot of water 😛 It was so fizzy it was like pouring cider into a glass. It's not too sweet and the grains of rice are delicious.
