Today we had a new brand of Honami from Uozu Sake Brewery, which is now under the umbrella of Sake Capital 😀.

I thought it was rare to find Hokuriku sake using Akita Sake Komachi, so I bought some at a local liquor store 😊.
The aroma is fresh banana🍌 type?
It is fresh and crisp in the mouth 🐜😚 The gentle sweetness and umami taste goes away quickly 😚 It is a delicious sake that is easy to drink 🥰.
It is a newly changed brewery and I will be watching it carefully 🥳.
