This is the first time I've seen this warehouse. The rice used is Maikaze. As the name suggests, everything, including the yeast, is from Gunma, and it seems to be an annual event. The mouthfeel is mild. It is bitter-sweet with a slight banana aroma. It gently finishes with a hint of umami. It seems to have a lot of depth. Well-balanced and cohesive sake. I️ would like to visit Funao Falls too!

After a few drinks, it was quite late, so I headed home while eating a golden dharma bento commemorating the 140th anniversary of Takasaki Station. I will close my Gunma trip with "Akagisan" and "Funao Taki"! Sweet and sugary aroma like sugar. The taste is smooth and silky, and while it has a Gunma sake-like quality, it tastes more like a sweet sake derived from brewer's alcohol. There is nothing outstanding about it, but it is a perfect match for ekiben (boxed lunches), with its unobtrusiveness, slight sweetness, and crispness!

At home. First time in Gifu, Shirakawa-go. It's very thick, even among the nigorizake I've drunk. The aroma is like sweet sake. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness of the rice and grain, and the sourness. The texture is tart and leaves a little residue on the tongue, but it's not unpleasant. I think it is best served on the rocks.

New sake is ready this year too 🍶🎶Shirakawa-go Junmai Nigori Sake. It is very thick. If you cool it down, it doesn't feel so sweet. There is a freshness at the back. The bitterness after the umami is also good. It is good with strong dishes. It is a delicious sake 😊.

After the decisive battle in Sekigahara, we were allowed to taste the nigorigo (a sweet sake). It was sweeter and tastier than Shirakawa-go, which I had drunk in the past. The sales clerk said it would be delicious as a sorbet. The only problem is that it has to be frozen 🤔. I've been looking at the website and they have a 300ml bottle so I'm wondering if this one will fit in there.

295 yen. A little more expensive than Asahi Super Dry 500ml can. It has a thin, pear-like smell. It tastes bitter from the beginning when you let it get some air from the sake-like taste, and it has a light, thin taste until the end. I think it is 3 times more intoxicating than Asahi Super Dry.

I got a bottle of Senkyu's "Kirifuri" on a business trip to Utsunomiya the other day...fruity aroma, strong acidity and bitterness? It has a fruity aroma, acidity, and a strong bitterness. I think it's a good sake for a meal...I had sardine nigiri and on the second day, I had yakitori as a side dish...I feel this sake is better when the bottle is opened. It has some peculiarities...but...it's delicious!

This is a piece of bread I bought on my way back from a trip to Kirifuri Kogen. I thought it was the perfect name for a souvenir, but I was surprised to find it was made by Senkou 😳. I've been storing it at room temperature for a while now because it's been heat-treated. But I thought it would be better to drink it cold, so I put it in the fridge and drank it. The best thing about this product is that it has the gas and acidity that I like, even if it has been heated.

I've been curious about "WAKAZE" for a while...it's brewed with ingredients from France🇷...just like a white wine! It has a fruity aroma like grapes, a sweet taste like Niagara wine, and a sour aftertaste like Chardonnay...lactic acid? Slightly sour taste... like something different from Sake... this is it! I think so...I'm drinking it with a Big Burger🍔 as a snack...

At home. This is the first time I have had this wine. The aroma and characteristic acidity give it a white wine feel. The alcohol level is supposed to be low at 13 degrees, but for some reason it makes me drunk. I would like to drink it little by little.

Sasasande - I'm still in the sasandei. A trophy of the Niigata expedition. Surprisingly, it tastes like a summer sake with a strong acidity. It is said to be made from 100% Kame-no-o with a 65% rice polishing ratio. I wonder if anyone can guess the type of rice by the masking. Someday I would like to say, "Oh, this is Omachi"...

Purchased at Ponshukan. It has a cute design that does not look like a cup of sake. The sake is brewed with four varieties of rice produced by four farmers in the Nishigama district, located in the far west of Niigata Prefecture. So that's what the grains of rice on the label mean. That makes sense. The sake was served cold in the cold sake corner at the store, so I chilled it well at home. It has a well-balanced taste, not too sweet or dry. It is easy to drink and delicious. Niigata's cup sake has a huge variety and high quality.

Junmai Ahusu Nama Genshu "acid high" limited edition‼️. What kind of brewing method is it? 🤔 Very sour and unique tasting sake 😳. I'm being cheeky not knowing the normal afs, but it was a stylish sake, more overly yellow in colour than other afs❣️.

Lid is stiff. Thin lactic acidity, slightly sweet fruit-like smell. Lemon and plum-like acidity emerges from the thin rice mouthfeel, finishing with rice-like flavor acidity and a hint of sweetness. Delicious. It is refreshing and easy to drink. The lower the temperature, the more refreshing it is.

('ㅂ'* )🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today we got a limited edition of Uozu Sake Brewery, which is now under the Sake Capital umbrella? I got a bottle of UO from Uozu Sake Brewery, which is now under the umbrella of Sake Capital 😀. It seems to be a sake developed to go well with fish from Toyama Bay ✨. The aroma is mild 😄and the palate is smooth, fresh, and light 🤔, and it finishes with a refreshing acidity 😚I couldn't really tell the difference between it and the Hohanami 🤣 but it was a delicious sake 🥳.

ᐠ( ᐢᐢ )ᐟ🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today we had a new brand of Honami from Uozu Sake Brewery, which is now under the umbrella of Sake Capital 😀. 1,Onogawa(Akita) 2,Motoe Brewery (Toyama) ◀◁◀ 3,Shiwa Brewery (Iwate) I thought it was rare to find Hokuriku sake using Akita Sake Komachi, so I bought some at a local liquor store 😊. The aroma is fresh banana🍌 type? It is fresh and crisp in the mouth 🐜😚 The gentle sweetness and umami taste goes away quickly 😚 It is a delicious sake that is easy to drink 🥰. It is a newly changed brewery and I will be watching it carefully 🥳.

Faint ginjo aroma✨ A sip will leave you with just the right amount of spiciness and sharpness 🥰. This is a food sake, but it has a delicious flavor that doesn't interfere with the ingredients 😌. I rarely drink outside, but this one was delicious 🥰. The disadvantage of drinking it in a restaurant is that you can't taste the flavor immediately after opening the bottle... and you can't tell how it changes the next day or later 😭. The sake I got this time was a bottle and there were only a few bottles left, so there is a high possibility that the taste has changed since the bottle was opened 💧... 💧. And, well, it's impossible for me to drink it in a restaurant... but I have an inquisitive mind as a sake lover 🤭 lol
