(*) 🍶🍶🍶🍶 It was hot today, so I had a bottle of Dobrock. It's my first time to drink in Tokyo😙It was separated so I mixed it up and opened the bottle. It was very carbonated and I spilled a lot of water 😛 It was so fizzy it was like pouring cider into a glass. It's not too sweet and the grains of rice are delicious. It's also good on a hot day as it's chilled 😀.

Looks so cool!!! 🤣LOL Not the usual goddess of ministry️. I wonder who she is: ???? LOL! Compared to the standard Hanagumori Clean and refreshing👍. It's a doburoku but it's like eating a fruit. Rice dessert feeling😋. It also refreshes greasy food. The chocolate was delicious too 😚😚

I carefully opened the bottle and it took about 15 minutes. It's a sake that you can eat with your eyes, with the grains of rice usually recognizable. Overall, the strong gaseous feeling gives a swooshing impression, so it's refreshing to drink. I liked it.

This sake was a gift from a junior colleague (son of a liquor store owner). It has been a long time since I've had a classic, THE old man's dry sake. There is a sweetness of rice in the back, and it is refreshing. Not bad. After the sweet and juicy sake, we had a glass of So-no-Sato. Not bad. I've only been at work for a little while after the new year, but the three-day weekend is wearing on me. Sake heals me 😄.

It was a gift from a junior colleague at work. I received it last year and remember that it had quite a punchy 🤜 flavor. It has a faint smell of cemedine, and a somewhat chemical 🧪 atmosphere in the mouth, but it has a nice, clean taste that doesn't interfere with the meal 😊. It's only 3 days old and it's getting sweeter and tastier 🙌 I got it in a bottle, so I'm thinking of trying some heated sake with ✖️ on the back label 🧐.

The rice used is Yamadanishiki. The rice polishing ratio is 35%, is it the flagship sake of the brewery? It has a solid ginjo aroma, and while it is basically light and dry, it also has a mild sweetness. There is little miscellaneous taste and the mouthfeel is good. The aftertaste has a good accent of alcohol and a solid flavor. Overall, it is a good sake with a cohesive taste that makes you realize again that the alcoholic version is better for the Daiginjo class.

Rabenten is not often seen at liquor stores, but since it was at a department store, I bought it. The Yamadanishiki sake was sold out, so I chose Dewa Sanzan. It is quite gorgeous and fruity. The second half is a little spicy, but it is easy to drink.

This Sake is fruity, crisp and has a long aftertaste. The flavor is like a young pear with a hint of licorice. The acidity gives this a bright and full mouth feel. I am surprised at how long the finish is for this Sake.
To close out the summer. Looking back on summer. Finding the Bentsen Natsu Ginjo After all, the Bentsen suits me. It is crisp and has an indescribable sweetness. I want to call it "Benten Umami", not "Japan Blue". Yamagata's local sake.

The last stop at the Yamabusyu Sake Brewery was the 3-sake drinking corner The 7th sake in total Freaks 1 Nigori This is the one I'm used to drinking 😊. The aroma is grain flavor + yogurt type When you put it in your mouth, a slight sweetness spreads along with a gaseous feeling. Followed by the acidity. Finally, bitterness appears. I enjoyed the innocent classic so I bought it with the intention of repeating it. Smells like lactic acid, baby formula, and uncut melon. The next drink was a Tokujiro for Joyo's distributor? Tokujiro I drank Joyo several times, but this was my first time to drink Tokujiro. I happened to see on a restaurant instagram I follow that Tokujiro was originally a joint product between a Hirakata liquor store and the Joyo Brewery. It's unfiltered, once-bottled, and heated. It's fire-brewed, but it's still slightly effervescent and has a fresh, mellow rice flavor that's really tasty 😋. I'll buy Tokujiro next time I see it.

The sake that Rafa ordered. I exchanged it for the sake I ordered and drank some. The rice is said to be modified Nobukou. Unlike the straight kumi-style sake, it is calm and has a mild sweetness. It is more like a classic sake. The official website says it is about -7, so I think it is more on the sweet side. If you think of it as the standard sake of the brewery, it is quite high. It seems that Rafa has a connection with Satte City, where Toyoake's brewery is located, and I thought such an episode was interesting.

Toyoake in Satte, Saitama Prefecture. When I tasted it last week at Koedo Kurasato in Kawagoe, I felt its obvious individuality and immediately bought a 4-goupe bottle because I wanted to drink it at home. It is a fire-aged junmai sake with a slightly sweet, dark flavor and a modern acidity. It has character. The subtitle and the message on the back label are also good.
