Aged one year 🍶. A blend of Fukunoka x Yumenoka x Omachi✨. I don't really feel the sense of maturity, It has a mild and calm taste. Best served lukewarm 😋.

This is my first brand of sake: ❗️ A blend of Yumeko, Fukunoka and Omachi ‼️ I can't imagine what it tastes like🤔. No aroma, gentle taste but you can feel the richness as it passes down your throat❗️ It has no particular quirks and has a cohesive taste. I enjoyed drinking it 😊.

I was called to work in Tokyo. I don't like cities. The National Diet building is beautiful with gingko trees in full color. I was surprised that it didn't smell like ginkgo. It is as expected. I went to a restaurant whose name I remember for the first time in a long time. There are a lot of gingko nuts, so I chose the ones I don't think I would buy by myself. Oh, it's full and sweet. It has a nice sharpness👍It has a nice Fukushima feel to it.

Sangu is the first time in about 2 years of sales. It has a solid body with the power of Aizan, but it feels lighter than the last time I drank it. It also seems a little sweeter... Is it my imagination? I have no complaints, and I still like the same type, but I wonder if my taste buds have changed? When I evaluate it calmly, I can taste the flavor and the sharpness is good. It is not fruity, but it is slightly sweet and well-balanced. It is a good sake!

I went to Tsu city in Mie prefecture on a business trip. I didn't know that Tsu City is famous for eels 😅I had no idea that Tsu City is famous for eels, so I decided to try some sake from Mie Prefecture. I had Saku, Takihama, and Gizaemon, but I don't have any photos, so I'll just post this one. This one has a sake degree of -40 degrees. Sweet 😆 but for some reason it was easy to drink and delicious. ☺️

It's just the two of us on the second day of our trip. We started the day with a beer toast! After the second beer, my wife had beer and I had sake, cold yesterday and hot this time! I think it was the highest temperature! Not much aroma. Not much aroma, but the mouthfeel is clean and easy to drink without getting stuck in your throat! It was a perfect match for a kaiseki meal. It was a hit with my wife. By the way, our trip to Izu was the same as last year! The hot springs are great!

On the first day of GW, the 29th, I purchased sake that goes well with meat 🥩. It's a collaboration product of Kumamoto's sake brewery "Zuitaka" and "Gullitcheu Fukushima" wrote the label. It's a dark, strong tasting sake that goes well with meat 👍️. I forgot to take a picture but the char-grilled chicken sold as a set is really hard 🤣. I have only a calendar day off, but I work on Saturday even though it's the first day of GW. I opened 3 bottles in a flash 👍️.

Today is Valentine's Day!👩❤️👨 This Sake paired very well with the filet mignon I prepared for my wife. There is a full mouth feel with umami. There is a light smoke flavor and wood. The aftertaste is short.
Sweet, but with a strong sake flavor.

Since it's spring🌸, I think I'll have another bottle of sake with spring in it. I bought a bottle of Shunshin by Nishide Sake Brewery in Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture. I've been curious about this sake for a while but never got around to it. I will have it with boiled flounder 🙏. I thought it might be a bit strong, but it wasn't. It has a nice richness, sweetness, acidity, and a mellow feeling 😆. It's a bit like a lighter version of Tamagawa. As the label says, I preferred it at room temperature rather than chilled 👍

I saw it for the first time at a department store tasting sale, so I bought it. It's not listed on the label, but according to the brewer's description, it's unfiltered undiluted sake. It says "light nigori" but it's not cloudy at all (laughs). It's refreshing and easy to drink. The acidity in the second half is impressive.

March 15. As it is a day of great luck, which comes only a few days a year, I went to visit my local Omae Ebisu Shrine ⛩️ The sky was clear and blue, the smell of plum blossoms was in the air, and I felt refreshed. I prayed for peace and gratitude. Third picture: Ebisu-sama, about 20 meters high The 4th picture, a motorcycle ema, is very rare 🙄. We stopped at a sake store on our way back home🤗. The aroma is mild. It has a very slight graininess, a slightly sweet and bitter cocoa taste, umami, and a firm acidity, and after swallowing it, you feel your throat get very hot. Perhaps it is the effect of the acidity, but the aftertaste is so refreshing that you do not feel the al 18 degrees.

I am amazed that rice can give this flavor 😳. It is aged in wine barrels, so you can taste the peculiar flavor of red wine 🍷. The taste is very intense and the sake level is -23 degrees, but thanks to the strong acidity, it is not sweet like a juice, but has a sharp taste 😊. It would go well with a dark meal 🍖🍛. It was delicious. It costs 3,000 yen for 500ml, but I would recommend this new type of sake 💸.

I drank WAKAZE for the first time. It is a white wine with strong acidity and a little sweetness.... It is a little bit different from so-called sake in the category of "other brewed sake" (because it contains herbs? (Is it because it contains herbs as ingredients?) It's 27by and probably stored at room temperature, color and aroma. The color is a deep golden yellow. Aroma is mature, with notes of caramel, dead leaves, black tea, mushrooms, and deep fruit. The alcohol content is 20%, so it is very generous. It has a deep sweetness, acidity, and astringency on the back end, and while it can be served at room temperature, it makes me itch to warm it up. So we warmed it up. I can't get enough of it. It has a deep, soft sweetness that spreads in the mouth. It also has a sourness and a refreshing aftertaste. I can't get enough of it. I want to match it with spice dishes. It is delicious!

At a tasting by Asahiyama, a liquor store in Kawaguchi, Saitama. Very good aroma. Firm sweetness. Refreshingly crisp acidity. It leaves a lingering aftertaste on the tongue. One of the summer sake we drank at the tasting. After drinking OCEAN99 Kukai, I felt the sweetness was moderate. It is light and refreshing. ▷My husband's impression Refreshingly sweet.
