One cup of "Ureshicho" in Ikoma City, Nara Prefecture. The acidity of this sake is classic. Paired with fried potatoes, a souvenir from my wife and son's trip to Sano City, Tochigi Prefecture.

Purchased at Umeda Department Store. (Hankyu or Hanshin) One of seven breweries in Nara Prefecture that belong to the Nara Prefecture Bodai-Hashimoto Sake Research Association. See label on back. Rich, mouthfeel It is a sweet type, but the far and spreading umami and bitterness It was delicious and matched well with food. It became mellow and mild when heated to lukewarm and I could enjoy it with ease 😁. I am interested in the history of sake only when I taste Bodaihashi.

It is a set of 5 cups of Kinki local sake 😁. It is a gift from an acquaintance 🍶. It is 📌180ml ¥Unknown 🌈1/5th cup 🌈 Here's the rice 🍶. Start with room temperature 💕 Not much aroma 💕 The color is beautiful💕 You can feel the sweetness of the rice on the palate, but you can also taste the umami 💕Yumai 💕 Then I tried heating it up to lukewarm💕 The aroma has more sweetness💕 When warmed up to lukewarm, it tastes more pungent than sweet💕. It's also interesting to taste the different flavors 👍 Today's pairing is pot-au-feu 😋. It's a great pairing 👍 I wanted to try the cold sake but it ran out quickly 🍶thanks to a friend👍

I bought it for a souvenir, but a customer traveling from Hokkaido🐴 gave me some chocolates and I didn't have any on hand, so I had to rush to the store and drink it with everyone, including my sister🥂. I heard it was only medium-hot, but it's still hot ❗️. I want to warm up some 👩 for my sister! I just had a reflective stove. (I was boiling daikon radish for oden 🍢) I'd love to heat up some sake with this 👩 It's not a fashionable place, but it's a very relaxing and nice place 🥰. I'll see you later 🎁🙏🏻

Junmai🍶Yamada Nishiki🌾. Otona no Himitsu Club, Aomori Complete Trip🚃Day 1 Clear but with a mellow aftertaste. A little creamy. I liked it best at the corner shop, bought a four-pack and had it on the Tsugaru Railway stove train the next day 😆. Sakamoto Sake Shop @ Morioka 20240126

Morioka! I chose the sake to go with the stylish snacks. This is also my first time. Nice choice by me. It is nice and clear and dry. Iwate's dry sake has no grandfather. The dialect in the store is nice. It makes the sake go down a treat!

I stopped by the brewery for the first time in a while. I used to have a special fire-brewed junmai and a sake called "Mariko no shu" which is named after the female toji (master brewer?). Both were quite dry, classical sake. Both were quite dry classical sake, and I had the impression, for better or worse, that this is what local sake is supposed to be like. This was probably my first nigori sake, but it looked delicious, so I bought some! I wondered if the beautiful woman at the sales counter was Mariko herself? It has a classical aroma with a banana feel. It is more of a hint than a standing aroma. It has a classical taste and is dry, but you can drink it by itself if you want! It is very easy to drink because it has a lot of turbidity, which gives it a strong umami flavor and makes it easy to taste the sweetness. I drank it with kimchi nabe (kimchi stew), and I think it goes well with strong flavors and nabe dishes! It also seems to go well with meat, and I am sure it would go well with ginger-grilled pork or chicken steak. I imagine it is like Kikuhime nigori or Tamagawa nigori! To be honest, I think it's one of the best in the Koshu Plum Grove, so I'd be happy to buy a bottle and drink it slowly. It can probably be stored at room temperature until early spring.

I had decided on Mariko's Sake for my first visit to Saitama. The Sato Sake Brewery is run by Mariko Sato, the toji of the brewery. There is almost no alcohol taste, and the spiciness comes later with more umami. It is sweet and umami, but the spiciness lingers a little.

OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024⑧ This is another unknown sake brewery, Yukijaku Sake Brewery. It is made from Yamada-Nishiki with a 38% rice polishing ratio and unfiltered. According to the official website, there are two types of sake: hi-ire and nama, but the one I drank was probably hi-ire. I think it was fruity and quite sweet 🤔. Forgot to take notes💦.

I thought it was Hibari, but it was Yukijaku. My first sake from Ehime. It's a delicious sake with a fluffy sweetness that spreads to the mouth, and no harshness. I think it's a good sake that will become a rare and delicious sake once its name becomes known. Well, really, all the breweries have delicious sake, and with my vocabulary and expression skills, I can't express the distinction between the sake.

This is a gift from a sake professional, a local sake from Nanada's place. It is quite precious as it is the first pressing... 🙏. The aroma is juicy fruity and red apple-like. The mouthfeel is supposed to be fresh, but it also has a mellow, umami-like sweetness that spreads out and is very drinkable 👌👌. As a lover of the four seasons, I quite like this type. ☺️ I've heard it tastes great warmed up, so I'm going to enjoy it 😋.

The eighth one is a storehouse of rocks. This is the first time for Iwanokura itself. I guess I don't even remember seeing it in a liquor store. From the name and the image on the label, I somehow imagined it to be light and dry, but when I tried it, it was completely different. It has a sweet flavor from the fruity Kamitatekko, and although it is more reserved in terms of flavor intensity than the previous brew, I didn't feel anything lacking. On the contrary, it has a nice umami taste that comes slowly but surely afterwards! The cut is also very smooth, so it is like a gentle sweet and tasty taste. It's delicious! Finally, the next is the last! Thank you for the food!

Modest ginjo aroma, pear-like flavor? A little spiciness afterward is also nice. As the temperature rises, the graininess comes out. It is better when it is cold,

I had a drink with my boss at Sennariya near my house after work. We drank too much that day, and I remembered that I had taken a picture of it by now. I think I drank it before...(^o^;) Well, I must have ordered it because I remembered it was good. I'm sure it's not dry from my taste. After that, I had a few drinks, but only Aouda took a picture. The next day I had a hangover. I need to drink more maturely.

Today we had a little late lunch after visiting Yame, Setaka, and Yanagawa. While waiting for the eels to be steamed in the "seiro" in Yanagawa, we checked in at Kitaya in Yame, which we had visited in the morning. The third photo is the main building of Kitaya. They were selling sake, but no tasting was available, unfortunately 🥲. Well, the top aroma is fruity sweet. In the mouth, there is a juicy sweetness and a refreshing acidity. A little sweet and not at all like Yamahai 🙄 but it was delicious ✨🍶.

Cool. This label. I have never seen this in Osaka. It is so-called "aluzoe. The impression is that you can feel the presence of rice in the beginning, but the aftertaste is clean and refreshing. Oh, I want to eat sushi!

My brother went to a sake event in Niigata, He found a sake that he liked and shared it with me. With all due respect, I had never heard of this brand. When I opened the bottle, the aroma was unassertive. When you drink it, it is sweet but well balanced, It is not too sweet, but has a sharp taste and disappears quickly. It is delicious, and at 17%, it is very drinkable. It is easy to drink with meals.
