The week after I bought Ryoseki and Hatsusun, I went to a liquor store in Fuse again😅. Some of the liquor stores explained on SNS that the sake labeled "Shiboritate" was unfiltered raw sake. It actually had a gaseous feel to it, so I thought it was unfiltered nama sake 🤔. It is made from Omachi produced in Higashi-Osaka. Incidentally, the red label is made with Yamadanishiki produced in Higashiosaka under the supervision of Tetsuji Shampoo Hat, and the green label is made with Yamadanishiki produced in Hineno, Izumisano City. Fresh and slightly effervescent. Not too sweet, but not too dry either. It has a muscat-like flavor, and although it is a pure sake, it is refreshing. Not as spicy as expected and easy to drink. When the temperature is around room temperature, it has a refreshing taste that tastes like peppermint or menthol. The third and fourth pictures are of Cheerio's sake-flavored sparkling 😁, which was also posted by Nemuchi. I couldn't find it in any of the vending machines in my hometown and didn't have the courage to buy a case, so I finally got it from a vending machine in Osaka City💦. It tasted like a fusion of amazake and ramune 🤔.

Good evening, bouken 🌇This is the only brand other than Akirika I found in Osaka 😆. I wonder if there's a demand for non-alcoholic sake in Japan that much 🤣.

Hello Manachy ☔. Oh, I was drinking the 🫢 green stuff when I was on a liquor store vacation 😁. It said it was for ages 20 and up, but the flavor base was more like rum and not so much sake 💦.

Purchased at a liquor store I stopped by Liquor Shop Sakae near Hou for the first time! This is the first brand of So-no-Sato, which is often seen in supermarkets in Osaka! Cold sake Deep caramel-like aroma. Mellow sweetness. It is a very strong sake at the beginning 👊 you get used to it as you go along. The thickness of the backbone is a characteristic of Osaka sake. It tastes just as good with konamono (flour based food) such as takoyaki (octopus dumplings) and okonomiyaki (okonomiyaki).

What do you think of Osaka's sake? There are many, but this time it is junmai nama sake from So no sato! I bought it when I was in Osaka! The label is cool! When the bottle is opened, it has a crisp aroma characteristic of Yamadanishiki. The top aroma is dry, so it goes in and disappears quickly. When you take a sip, the deliciousness of Yamadanishiki, which is unique to Junmai, spreads in the mouth. The lingering aftertaste is a sharp, elegant sharpness that can only be achieved with dry sake, and it finishes with a sharpness that is just like a kesa-kiri. It is so elegantly sharp that I was under the illusion that I was cut off at any moment! I was under the illusion that I had been cut! It is indeed a sake that is only sold at authorized dealers. Osaka's sake is very deep! Thank you for the food 😋.

I finally drank some Osaka sake other than Akirika 🍶. bouken-san recommended Asano-san, but it's closed... Seriously...bouken-san set me up 🤣. Anyway, I managed to find a liquor store near Osaka station and got some Osaka sake 💪❗️ I'm drinking it for the first time, Sou no Sato🎵. I was surprised to find out that there is a place in Osaka that makes rice after talking to the guy at the liquor store and bought some 🫢. It smells a bit like melon🍈. It has a mildly sweet mouthfeel like apple juice and a light acidity. It has a bit of a peculiar aftertaste, but it is very refreshing. Without the refreshing taste, you would think it was cheap apple juice 🍎. No, it's very good, but this is the easiest way to describe it in my Japanese 😂. I personally like to drink it while chilled because the sweetness gets stronger as the temperature rises 😊. It's sweet but it went well with the mackerel sushi aftertaste ☝️ I can describe it as similar to Wada Ryutonsui, which I drank in the past, but it's almost impossible to convey 🤣. I wanted to try 551's meat buns and crab buns at Crab Doraku in Osaka 🦀. The 551 is very filling and delicious 😋 I wish they sell it in convenience stores 😆.

Hello Mr. Manachy ☀☀ Well, it looks like they are closed for renovations💦. It's rare to find a place that's open every day except for New Year's 🤣. We don't have our own sake brewing rice, but there are quite a few breweries that use locally grown rice 😊.

bouken, you did it 🤣. I don't know where in Osaka they make rice, but the sake in Osaka is good too ❗️I'll go back to Osaka and enjoy some more deep downtown Osaka sake ❗️

Good evening, Mr. Manachie ^_^ When I checked in at 551, I bought a 551 steamed bun that was so delicious. I want to try it again! The crab buns at Kani-Douraku also look delicious 🤤.
