A gift from a customer of my parents' house When I went back to my parents' house, my father, who usually drinks potato shochu, said, "I got a bottle of sake, let's drink it. How nice! It has a rich but good aftertaste with the acidity of Yamahai and goes well with a meal! Delicious! There was another bottle, so I took that home with me too 🍶🍶✨.

This is a good sake. Strong is a good word to describe it. It has a strong aroma and taste. But there is no sake-like taste at all. It's good. I bought it at a local liquor store. I was told that the number of stores that carry it is limited.

Purchased at Niigata Sake-no-jin OSAKA It is called "Elegant Yamahai". It is really beautiful and comfortable to drink. ✨️ It goes down your throat without any resistance. The rice flavor spreads at the end... You can enjoy it without getting tired of drinking it. It is one of my favorites among the Yamahai I have had so far! There was also a tasting of this raw sake, which had more impact and was more satisfying to drink, but this time I chose it for its drinkability...

Niigata Sake-no-jin OSAKA11 Kimi no I booth. While I was waiting for Bouken at the stand table at the beginning of the event, one of Kiminoi's brewers asked me, "Excuse me, but have we met before?" He asked me, "Excuse me, have we met before? Thank you for remembering that I had spoken to you twice🙏. Oh, I'll ask for your name next time 💦. Junmai Aki-agari. Kimi no I is known for its elegant Yamahai, but since we're here, we thought we'd try the Autumn Agari of the season, so here it is, a fast brewing Autumn Agari. It is easy to drink and delicious with a gentle, mellow flavor. Junmai Unfiltered Dry Aged in the storehouse This is a slightly spicy sake that has been aged at room temperature for a while. It is also good warmed up. Kiminoi Yamahai Junmai Ginjo This one is fire-aged and has a standard clean, elegant and refreshing acidity. I was talking a lot and forgot to take a picture 💦. Yamahai Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake Rich, chocolatey, slightly lactic acidity, delicious. Forgot to take a picture 💦. I was talking about how few people were there even though it was Saturday and wondering if the event would be held next year, when I heard that Kintetsu was unable to announce the event.

This was the end of our three-day, two-night trip to conquer Niigata's sake. The 86 sake breweries in the Ponshu-kan have all been consumed. Unfortunately, there was one brewery that stopped brewing sake, so the total number of breweries was 86. I was afraid that I would get tired of writing detailed specifications and impressions, so I took pictures of the minimum number of breweries and the comments from the Ponshu-kan. I was surprised at how accurate these comments were. My overall impression was that there were many alcoholic sakes that were suitable for warming up, and that many of them were a waste to drink cold.
