It was very cold today, so it was shabu-shabu.
It was the first time for me to drink this sake, which was a gift, but its clear and dry flavor matched the fatty meat and made it a good match.
I thought it was suitable as a food sake.
Drinking at KITTE Osaka Niigata Prefecture Antenna Shop
The alcohol content was high, but it was so soft that it didn't seem so. It had a good flavor that would be gone in an instant if not drunk with care.
It is clear with yellowish tints, with aromas of pear, honeysuckle, cooked rice, and lime. The attack is rather strong, with a refreshing acidity, moderate sweetness and a rather long finish.
Not too spicy as I expected!
It even felt fruity for a moment!
It doesn't get spicy even after a little bit of drinking, so maybe it's easy to drink? Well, it does have a sake-like character, doesn't it? No sourness!
