I went there and it's great!
You can see the inside of the brewery, you can do tasting, the people at the brewery are friendly, you can buy sake that you can't buy unless you go to the brewery, and the atmosphere is so nice that I feel glad I came.
Well, there are several bottles I bought, but this is the only one I can record. LOL 😆
It has a lot of flavor, a lot of acidity, and even though it's a daiginjo, it has a solid core of rice.
I love Niigata!
Sake-no-wa's ranking is not very high, but it's good... ☺️

It has a delicious mouthfeel and is refreshing and easy to drink. I happened to find Kiminoi Sake Brewery during my trip, and they are planning to sell it in Osaka at the end of August. I will be there.
Good mouthfeel and umami flavor. The aftertaste is clean and easy to drink. During my trip, I happened to find it and stopped by Kiminoi Sake Brewery. It's too bad I can't visit Niigata very often, but they are coming to Osaka at the end of August. I'll be there.
As a volunteer staff member of the Japanese Sake Festival, you will receive a bottle of sake provided by one of the participating breweries per day.
I volunteered at the Spring Japanese Sake Festival and this is the sake I received at that time😇.
I would never buy a bottle of Niigata sake that is dry and drunken, but I would never buy it for myself at home 🤣.
I opened the bottle and decided to enjoy the sake since it was given to me 🤣.
As you would expect from a sake from Niigata Prefecture, a place synonymous with light and dry sake, and with a scary name like Drunken Demon Dry 😅.
The moment I took a sip, I was hit with a strong and thumping sake feeling 🤣.

I had put up a defensive line that we are not good at Niigata's light and dry 🤣.
The sweetness from the guts is foul 😀.
The last drink of the day is Niigata sake
with the bus center curry flavored persimmon seeds we just ate.
It is a strong sake, but has a clean aftertaste.
It goes well with the kaki no tane.
