6/10 Domaine Akishika. It is said to be a sake made from Omachi produced in a rice field called Kamimura-Omachi. And they say it is aged, so the price is quite expensive. It had a robust flavor and mellow taste. The bitterness that comes in the latter half of the sake was also enjoyable. I had no idea that such a sake was available here.

Purchased at Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA It looks like it's only sold 3㌥ all year round, but I couldn't find it on the website💦. A work colleague gave it to me as a souvenir from a trip to Nagano. My first bite was "much sweeter than I expected"! It's not fruity, but more like a smooth and sweet taste. It is delicious and smooth on the palate! The sweetness is followed by a slight sourness and bitterness. At 300ml, I think it will be gone in a day, but I'll leave it for a few days. GW 4 days 3 nights with wife, 1,500km round trip🤣 We went on a Sanriku car trip 🙂. We stayed one night near Sendai and went to Sanriku. We had an ume (sea urchin) lunch box at Kuji station, and spent the second night in Miyako. Miyako's sake brewery, Hishiya Sake Brewery, Senryo Otokoyama. Seafood Cuisine at Murekou, a long-established bar that has been in business for over 45 years. Today we had fresh and delicious seafood dinner at Today, the restaurant was run by a pleasant elderly couple, who were basically just a customer with a reservation, but they were happy to help us at the counter.

Yesterday, I went to my favorite izakaya "我" ♡♡♡. I drank a variety of drinks in the all-you-can-drink 1 hour 1500 yen (*^^*) It was crowded, so I couldn't order at a high pitch, so I could only drink 9 kinds out of the 20 or so available...(-_-...) The 6th drink was "Miho". Oroku" and "Gassan" are the most famous sake from Shimane, so I haven't had many of the others. It has a strong sense of rice, but it's not mellow or fruity.
