This time we changed things up a bit and bought a bottle of Kuromatsu Kenrishi❣️, which we fell in love with at first sight because of the shape of the bottle and the coolness of the label. I had it lukewarm with my homemade oden🍢🙏. It's also good that you can heat up the whole bottle in a ding-dong! It has a bit of an alcoholic aroma, but I don't mind it too much. It's just as spicy and easy to drink 😮❗️ It's like an evolution of the classic type of sake? and I enjoyed it with food 😚. This is also a 3-day record. Chiebijin was not enough, so I threw in a small bottle. This is the pink label of Yatsuka, which I have come to like! It feels more rounded than Chiebijin. Delicious!

The brewery is more impressive for its shochu Ginza no Suzume than for its sake. Tasted and purchased. It has a gorgeous aroma and is fruity even when drunk. 1801 yeast is used, making it a sweet and fruity sake that is easy to understand. I wish they would release a fresh sake of this one. I felt it was sweeter and fruity at room temperature than when it was chilled to the perfect temperature.

It was sunny this afternoon and the weather recovered, so I opened a bottle that had been well chilled in the refrigerator. It is a light nigori (light cloudy) sake. Tonight, I'm posting my second bottle, this one I've been letting go for about 2 years to contrast with the first (Miyazumi Junmai Nigori Nama) 🍶.
