I've always been curious about it because I often see it at Takashimaya, but this is my first time to drink it.
The rice is Asahi rice and Yamadanishiki. It is fresh and has a strong sweet flavor, but the aroma and taste are a bit unique. I also feel a bit of hardness. I'll give it some more time and see how it goes.
Apple and honey-like sweetness with a sense of thickening.
