When I think of sake from Oita Prefecture, I think of "Nishinoseki" and "Chiebijin," but I had never heard of "Yatsuka.
It was brewed in Kokonoe Town, which reminded me of a very deep mountainous area.
However, it is not a wild drink, and I thought it was rather easy to drink.
I would like to try it there next time!

Personally, I liked the darker version better because I could taste the umami more thoroughly.
