Reward for the crafan I had requested.
I remember that Hello Day used to carry this brand, but now they don't seem to carry it due to the earthquake, which is a shame!
(Just after opening the bottle)
Drink it cold
Very slight coloring.
Mellow aroma with fruity notes.
In the mouth, a gorgeous umami flavor fills the mouth and is delicious.
The dryness appears after a while and the taste becomes sharp.
A little bit of a tangy aftertaste.
The robust flavor is easy to match with a variety of snacks.
When served warm, it has a slightly off-flavored taste, so it is better served cold.
I wonder how much the six months that have passed since it was made has affected the taste.
Serve lukewarm.
Slightly strong alcohol smell
Not only does it add a strong umami flavor, but it is also very good as it is easy to pair with snacks.
Heat it up
The aroma remains the same.
The taste is mild with a hint of sourness.
A bottle served at a corner bar as a trial, it seemed to have been stored at room temperature since 2015 and had a color like mirin (sweet sake), but the acidity was surprisingly mild and drinkable.
The data are guesses since labels are missing.
La France-like aroma.
The texture of the wine is very fine and has a delicate ochigara texture,
Sweet and delicious, then spicy, acidic, and bitter! It's so sharp!
The flavor is very well balanced.
It is delicious.
Degree of liking ☆ 3.5/5
A unique sake with a label that doesn't look like food or drink. Let's leave the name at this point.
The aroma is subdued and clean. It is not sweet, but the thick acidity gives it a clear flavor profile and juiciness. It is more enjoyable with strong flavored dishes, but personally, I can drink it on its own.
First, heavy alcohol and a little zingy acidity. A little bit of apricot bean curd comes to mind.
The acidity is strong and the alcohol leaves the nose early, and sweetness is also felt.
After this, it will be aged at room temperature.
