Kansai Sake-new Year's Party (5) The label doesn't say, but there must have been a nama-shu sticker on it. More refreshing and easier to drink than the ones I've had in the past. I don't think I would buy it myself because it's pretty dry if you look at the sake level 🙄.

It has a sense of maturity from the moment you put it in your mouth to the aftertaste. It has a surprisingly good taste of rice, and although it has a mixture of various flavors, it has a new sensation of a clean and cohesive aftertaste, probably due to the fact that it is alsochueted. It seems to go well with smoked food. There are so many kinds of sake in the Kamisen series.

Speaking of neta labels, Kikumori. It is a choice with a neta. Oh, it smells like sake. It is sweet and mellow aroma spreads to the nose. It has an apple-like flavor and the sourness of vinegar. You can taste the umami of the rice. At first I thought it might not be my favorite, but from the second sip onward, the taste became more and more delicious. Surprisingly, it is not bloated, and after the gusto, it is not too strong. Surprisingly, it is not bad. ☆Taste level 3.5/5

Contrary to the impactful name, the taste is a sweet junmai sake. I think I felt a slight peculiarity when I sipped it, but I was too drunk to remember.
