Nagoya Junmai SAKE WEEK
The illustration of kowappa is in good taste 👶.
Sake rice is Kame-no-o🌾.
It's written in big letters 😄.
Rice flavor 🌾, bitterness and astringency.
The cut is good.
It was a dry and robust tasting sake 🍶😆.
It has a subtle grape-like aroma with a mild umami flavor and a dry finish.
I was surprised! I wasn't expecting this at all, but it was delicious. I feel like it's been stored fresh after being squeezed and the flavors have taken over nicely. Highly recommended.
Rating 8.8/10
Bingo is a sake from Konu.
It had a clear mouthfeel with no lees, and the slight umami flavor that it produced was blissful.
It was a truly delicious sake with a clear and transparent taste.
I'm in the mood for a food wine 🍶😁.
That being said...I opened another sake today 🤭 lol
This is Zuikan, brewed by Yamaoka Sake Brewery in Miyoshi, located in the northern part of the prefecture. ❗️
A hint of ginjo aroma when you open the bottle ✨.
The first sip is a bit dry, as indicated by the +5 sake rating 👌.
It will go great with strong meals such as yakitori...:**+. \(( °ω° ))/. :+.
It has a pungent aftertaste, so it's for people who like traditional dry, light sake 😍.
I think it will taste even better at room temperature or warmed up.
I think it would be great with oden (oden is a traditional Japanese dish) on a long, chilly autumn night 😀.
The second day!
The first day was much the same as the first day, the food wine: ❗️
It's stable deliciousness makes the meal go further 😆.
This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. I am back in my hometown and am continuing to enjoy Hiyayoshi-gashi with sashimi (grouper and bonito) and grilled sea bream from the Seto Inland Sea. I am thankful to be able to enjoy delicious fish and sake in good health today.
