The brewery is more impressive for its shochu Ginza no Suzume than for its sake. Tasted and purchased.
It has a gorgeous aroma and is fruity even when drunk. 1801 yeast is used, making it a sweet and fruity sake that is easy to understand. I wish they would release a fresh sake of this one.
I felt it was sweeter and fruity at room temperature than when it was chilled to the perfect temperature.
