Then the second one 😊.
I got the Ikegame Candy Blossam.
The rice polishing ratio is 50%, so I guess that means it is a Daiginjo spec. It's very exciting 🎵.
The aroma is mild and sweet.
As the name implies, the mouth is filled with a combination of sourness and sweetness.
It is delicious!
The apricot-like flavor remained towards the end 😊.
I would never have drunk it if I hadn't received it as a souvenir, but it was delicious! I still need more training lol.
My boss at work gave me a set of two small bottles as a gift from his trip to Fukuoka 😊.
This is the first time I've had this brewery 🎵
I got a bottle of Ikegame Junmai Sake.
The aroma is mild.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a hint of aroma like a young melon, and the slight umami and sweetness will spread on your palate, and it will finish nicely.
It is delicious!
It is slightly dry and has a clear taste, perfect for a mid-meal drink ❗
Today's entrée of yellowtail radish and boiled snow crab are both a perfect match, and we drank it all immediately ✌.
Of course, I'll drink it again next time!
We compared drinks at Sumiyoshi and went to Hankyu's sake corner before returning to the hotel.
I saw a sake from Ikegame that I'd never seen before, and the name definitely says it all 😍I took you there!
I was going to bring it home with me but... I opened it 🤣.
This is a gorgeous sweet sake 🥰.
It's a bit like cotton candy?
But the sweetness isn't too heavy, so it was gone in a sandesh 😋.
I'll buy some as souvenirs 😁.
The owner of the bar offered me this sake, saying that it is brewed with black malted rice from shochu (Japanese liquor) and is quite rich. I drank it thinking it would be a heavy sake, but it had a gentle sweetness that was not light but smooth.
I enjoyed the elegance and smoothness of daiginjo sake.
Gorgeous aroma. The mouthfeel is smooth, and the taste is green apple-like. Usually Ikegame gives the impression of being sharp and dry, but this was a completely different flavor. It was my favorite flavor.
First small bottle of the trip (≧▽≦)
Kurume sake purchased at Hakata station ♪ Jacket!
I really liked the overall taste of the sake, which was tasty but also refreshing! With grilled squid somen!

I received this for my birthday!
Thanks for your comment, Jay & Nobby 😊.
My birthday was a while ago, but I took care of my sake and drank it over several days❣Not having to drink it all at once is one of the best things about sake🍶 😺.
