Although it's next door, I haven't had Osaka's sake yet. I was thinking of Akishika or Katanozakura for Osaka, but I found this one at AEON today while shopping. There is no outstanding sweetness or spiciness, but a well-balanced taste. It's a good sake for eating. When I paired it with yuba and fried eggplant with sesame oil, I felt like I could drink as much as I wanted 😋. Good sake in the neighborhood too👍.

One of the sake I wanted to try because of the stylish label❗️ A hint of pear? White peach? It smells like pear or white peach 😅 Elegant sweetness and almost no sourness ❗️ No bitterness or habits, and the aftertaste seems to disappear easily 😄. Overall, it's a gentle sake that goes well with meals. It's a delicious sake that can be drunk easily on its own 👍 Even sake beginners can enjoy it 😄.

Newly registered brand. Since the sake brewer could not be registered, the new brand is "Aizu Otokoyama" from Otokoyama Shuzo Brewery in Aizu Misato Town, Fukushima Prefecture. Its new brand name is "Wa". It has a mild aroma. It has a melon aroma and a hint of sweetness like caramel. The sweetness that is not too strong is impressive. There is some acidity. Akebono Shuzo's Akebono Seishun, well known for Tenmei. I drink Tenmei from time to time, but this label is new to me, so I opened the bottle 🎉. The aroma is gentle and subdued. It has a slight viscosity and seems to be quite sweet, but the bitterness soon develops. It then fades away leaving a complex umami taste. At 17 degrees alkalinity, the flavor is thick and robust from the first sip 👊. This Daiginjo is made from Yamada-Nishiki polished to 40%. We enjoyed this clear yet rich umami sake 😋.
