It has an excellent balance of acidity, umami, and richness! It is no exaggeration to say that this sake was made to be drunk as a heated sake. We are grateful that it came all the way from Oki Island to our home. As is typical of the island's local sake, the 100% Oki Yamadanishiki gives a strong sense of terroir! It is served with boiled egg, chash, and mackerel in miso!

A reproduction of a Muromachi period sake. It is so sweet that it really is pure sake without additives. The taste is similar to Shaoxing sake, as is the color. Soda is also recommended.

Oki Honor Daiginjo bought in Oki Island for the end of the year with my father at home. It has the lightness and odorless sweetness of a daiginjo with a strong rice flavor. It is tasty, but the lack of the mellowness of recent sakes is a little lacking, but I think that this kind of sake should be called daiginjo.

Oki Homare Muromachi Junmai Sake 90 Tasting 'A reproduction of a sake from the late Muromachi period. Super sweet and amber in color. Reminiscent of Shaoxing sake and ice wine. Reminiscent of Shaoxing wine, ice wine and dried fruit. The tasting was a success. It really is like this 😆. Even though it's not aged. This sense of maturity 😎www Hmmm... a strange drink 🧐. I wonder if it's made with brown rice because it's Muromachi 🤔
