Today, I went touring. I visited Komine Castle! It is a castle in Shirakawa City, Fukushima Prefecture. I like Eika Monogatari, so I was delighted to see that the castle is related to Matsudaira Sadanobu! I was so happy to see the castle related to Matsudaira Sadanobu, because I love Eika Monogatari! Ooooh...! This is too delicious! It is indeed sweet like a melon, but with a sour and bitter taste that is perfectly balanced! There is no residual sweetness at all! The taste is refreshing, yet has a solid core! I can just picture the sound of insects outside in the middle of the night as you cool off in the night breeze coming in through the screen door! This sake is just what summer in Fukushima is all about...! I wish everyone could drink it!

Hello mikomichio 🐦. I like your castle... I wonder if it is one of the 100 best castles in Japan? I'm touring around and would love to visit one someday 😊. It's hot, but the sound of insects at night is a sign of autumn 😌It's perfect right now 👍.

Good evening, mikomichio! Komine Castle on a touring trip - that's good 🏍️ My wife and I went for a drive 🚗. By the way, this review looks delicious 🤤! I would love to try some of the summer sake from Fukushima ❗😋.

Today, I watched Oni no Kai with my kids. It was great, and I can't hate on Kuboza 😢. While soaking up the afterglow, today we had this sake from Kumamoto, Kyushu, which is a rarity in Fukushima Prefecture where I live! It is very delicious! It is a sweet and delicious sake, but it is so refreshing that you can't help but be surprised. Thanks to the liquor store that carries it ✨.

It is the end of an 11-day working streak. I am no longer tired, and my body no longer feels fatigue. I feel pleasure of cleaning, washing, mowing and pushing myself from the morning...! This is a gift from my colleague from Aizu! Thank you so much 😭. Eikawa is a legendary sake brewery that no one over the age of middle-aged people in Fukushima Prefecture would know about even if they don't drink sake. I'm ashamed to admit that this was my first time drinking it💦. I had an image of a traditional dry sake, but Eishiro is completely the opposite! Ripe fruits like pineapple and mango! But it is not sweet and has a refreshing sharpness! Mmmmmmmm! Super! Superb! This is what daiginjo is all about... Bik-bik-bik! This sake is also on my fainting-in-absentia list! This time I had pork wrapped asparagus with sweet potato potage sauce 😋.

Yiiiii~! Personally, I found it to be in the same vein as Sharaku, but it is more refreshing, very easy to drink, and too delicious! This is definitely a repeat customer! The label is stylish and nice! It would be great in a Western-style restaurant! Today's toast is chicken thigh stewed in red wine with tomatoes.

Hi mikomichio 😃 We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed our first bottle of Mr. Morishima's Miyamanishiki! We were so shocked when we first tasted it that we immediately bought a bottle 🤗It sure goes well with western food too😙.

This is a repeat. My wife bought it, good choice! Mmmm... It is still too delicious! I was making beef shank stewed in red wine, so I matched it with it, and the strong and well-balanced Naraman matched the strong taste just right! This is like Ujiyasu Hojo in Nobunaga's Ambition.

Yamamoto's "Do" Junmai Nigori Sake again! This is really delicious! It's refreshing and not too sweet, so it's scary that you find yourself drinking it! Fried sardines, the best of the season!

It's still delicious! A mild sweetness and a refreshing aftertaste! It's been a while since I tasted Sharaku, which made me realize how delicious sake is, and I'm blissfully happy! I got a tuna kamatoro to accompany it and climaxed in a heap😇!

I am a history buff, so I was curious about this brand! As a fruity Fukushima Prefecture person, I thought Niigata sake, a light and dry prefecture, would still be too hard for me to drink, but this! It's so delicious! And rather easy to drink! It has a rich rice flavor and a clean taste with no cloying aftertaste! And it goes well with anything, even ethnic dishes that are rather habit-forming! Shio Goro is so smooth that it makes you gooey! It will be gone in no time!

Delicious!!! The moment I drank it, I was in the army! Is it just me, or does it taste dry at all? It's true that it's not sweet, but it's clear, crisp, and fruity! I got some tuna, so I tried makimaki. Next time, I'll have to drink a bottle. Yamamoto is really good no matter what I drink!

A refreshingly tasty and spicy type! My favorite! I can taste the bitterness and sourness in this sake, and it tastes so good...! I have been drinking major brands so far. My wife bought this one, but I am ashamed to say that I had never heard of this brand (sorry). I drank a little bit every day and enjoyed the change in taste, but it became mellower and calmer day by day. It has a sharp and crisp flavor. Mmmm, yummy! I have no choice but to make a peperoncino with mancini linguine, small shrimp, mussels, and fresh local tomatoes and match it! (I don't know what that means!) Mmmm...! Fukushima has a dragon in Shirakawa! I guess so!

It's so delicious~! I am so impressed! It has a light, lychee-like sweet and sour taste, and the alcohol quickly cuts through! I heard that this one was made from rice harvested in a rice field called Hanasaka Sakaibai 22, which is part of the Jo series named after rice fields. The lot number is nice and premium. This makes me want to try the others! Aizu Musume is the best!

I was given a lifetime of youth! Akebono Shuzo is also popular for "Tenmei"! It is a special junmai (pure rice) with rich umami and sweetness, but with a tangy alcohol taste! Mmmmmmmmmmmm... This is delicious! I want to eat her home-cooked food every night (mystery)! Tonight, my body is an adult and my brain is a child! Youth for life!

We had nigori sake from Aizu Chusho! Wow! This is maggi and delicious! Nigori is so good, I just can't stop myself from buying it! It's not too sweet, but it's very smooth! I'm the kind of guy who is in high spirits and then wakes up drunk the next morning... 😂. I'm going to get drunk tonight too! But first, I'm going to make pork belly curry for the kids and then I'm just going to pass out (Hoshina).

Mmmm, yum! I like it very much! It's sweet and fruity, but with just the right amount of sweetness, acidity, and alcohol, it's not too heavy! I made a pizza with arugula and prosciutto ham by hand. Of course, the sake from Aizu in Fukushima is delicious, but the sake from Nakadori is also quite good! That's Fukushima! We enjoyed the sake from this year's New Sake Appreciation Gold Award-winning brewery!

This is Hirotogawa, which is rarely seen even in my hometown. It is the most cost-effective sake at less than 2,000 yen for a bottle! Of course it tastes great! It is a refreshingly delicious and spicy sake, or rather, it is a sake for eating! I respect and appreciate that a sake brewery with a strong brand name is producing this kind of sake! To finish off, please enjoy a black swallowtail that I happened to come across today!

Oh, it's so good... I really like the taste. Fruity but not too sweet, clear and tangy aftertaste. The nigorigo was also good, so Yamamoto! No doubt about it! Today I had the peperoncino with mushrooms and fresh garlic, and I'd say I'm a fainting Koizumi Shinjiro 😂.

It's delicious, isn't it? It has a sweet, fruity, rich, juicy, pineapple-banana taste. The aroma was strong and lingered for a long time. It was a very assertive sake, so I thought it would go well with Western food. So I made a bolognese and béchamel and made a doria. Yes, it's good!

This sake has a tremendous background: it was brewed by the Shirai Sake Brewery of "The Wind Blows" with yeast that has traveled through space. It is interesting, though I feel that we are entering a realm that I no longer understand! My wife bought this one at the event. The taste is a good balance of gorgeousness and dryness, and I like it~(tearful). As expected from the Shirai Brewery!
