Sweet and sour yet mellow, light yet tasty, and very drinkable! It is a delicious sake both as a mealtime drink and on its own. It is so delicious! This is a collaboration product with ''York Benimaru'', a local supermarket in Fukushima Prefecture. It is sold at Benimaru, so you should definitely try it!

I drank it without shaking it first and found it to have a refreshing taste with banana and pineapple sensations. Very tasty! When mixed with the lees, bitterness and astringency are added, but the depth of flavor is enhanced and it is also delicious! I have found another good sake! Today is a perfect day for touring! We went to a local sake shop in Ishikawa-machi while worshipping the revered Toyokuni Sake Brewery in Furudono-machi! It was a good sake shop and I was able to purchase some good sake! I will go back! On the way back home, I detoxed my mind and went home to see the "Strong Waterfall", one of the 50 best walking trails in Fukushima! I fried up some local flounder for snacks and had a refreshing Hanaizumi nigori. (*ˊ˘ˋ*)! This is so good! It's so good, I don't know what to do, it has a freshness like a new actress selected for a morning drama, an elegant sweetness, and a subtle bitterness that is exquisite...! Hanaizumi is a place where you can feel the good ingredients, techniques, and time and effort! Bon Appetite for the terroir of Aizu!

I got a new bottle of sake from my favorite new brewery, Ippo Saki!!!! Woohoo!!! Yummy 😭...! I have to tell everyone about it 💦. The impression is that it is a little less sweet and acidic and more sharp than last season, but still has a good balance of umami, acidity, and bitterness, giving it a more refined impression! A step forward that does not disappoint! It is an excellent product! Tonight we will be drinking sake Jelly Noboryu.

I got my first bottle of Yamanoi! The label and bottle design are very Aizu-like! The taste is amazing. It tastes so good! A refreshing fruity peach...! I'm sure I'll be back for more. Probably this would go well with western food as well, married with Jyobanmono Mushigarei Meuniere in cream sauce 🔔.

I personally like "Abukuma" no matter what I drink, and this one was no exception. It has the gorgeous and fruity flavor that is typical of Abukuma, but it is not too harsh and goes down smoothly. I paired it with white wine stewed chicken thighs, and it was perfect!

Today, while admiring the autumn leaves, I visited my favorite brewery, Toyokuni Sake Brewery in Furudono-machi! The symbolic outer wall... (Moe!!!) I bought a bottle of sake that I had never seen before, along with a sake cup 👍 ̖́- This is...!!! It's so delicious~😭I love Ippo-self, but this one is good too!!!! I have the impression that it's dry with a muscat flavor! I'm blissfully enjoying it with vegetables I bought at a nearby market. 🙇‍♀️ ̖́-

It is getting much cooler in Fukushima 😊. The sound of bell bugs is beautiful! I've just had a glass of Naraman cold oroshi, but I tried heating it up. I've rarely had hot sake, but this! It's soooooooo good! The flavor and umami are so good! It takes the edge off, or rather, it makes you a gentle tsundere type of girl! I keep coming back to Naraman! Thank you!

Today we received "Shizen Shu Autumn Agari" from Niida Honke, one of my favorite breweries in Japan! It is rich in umami, but at the same time it is clean and crisp, with a slight citrus flavor! Wow! Maihi~! I love it! I love it! We had 300 yen per sea bream, 100 yen per sardine, and 110 yen per saury from the local supermarket, which we served as sea bream rice, soup with kabuto-arashi, fried, and grilled! What a luxury! We are happy again today!

The other day was Sake Day! So we opened a bottle of Hirotogawa Junmai Ginjo! I had been saving this sake for a while 😊. I really wanted to pay a visit to a place before drinking it... Yes! Matsuzaki Sake Brewery! Let's go touring in the cloudless autumn weather! We passed Toyokuni Sake Brewery in Furudono-machi and Oki Daikichi Honten in Yabuki-machi on the way to Ten-ei-mura! It took us about 2 hours one way to get to Ten'ei-mura, where we stalked the long-sought-after Matsuzaki Sake Brewery (thank you very much 😭), and the full-face man in a leather jacket taking pictures of us was like a pervert! After about 5 hours of bullet-running without eating or drinking, I came home with a sore ass, a sore back, and sore shoulders, and it was time to drink! Mmmmmm...! Mmmmmm... This is like a very good at her job, but with the kindness of a beautiful female boss...! There is not a single bad thing about her, she is sophisticated and perfectly balanced...! Thanks to Mr. Hirotogawa, I had a very fulfilling holiday today.

This time we went to the ruins of Tanagura Castle in Fukushima Prefecture! The beautiful countryside of Fukushima on the way...! It's the best! And then the Koshino Katora Hiyoroshi! No, it's not Fukushima sake! Keitora is fruity! Sweet like caramel! Umami richness! By the way, the first lord of the Tanagura domain was the famous Muneshige Tachibana! Successive lords of the Tanagura domain also served in important positions in the Edo Shogunate, and the ruins of Tanagura Castle are said to be a power spot for revival and success in life! And this year marks the 400th anniversary of the castle's construction, so you have no choice but to visit!

Yummmm! I thought it would be a light and dry sake like Niigata, but it is more like a light and fruity one. It has no off-putting taste, and the umami of rice, lightness, and fruity taste are well balanced and delicious! The quality is unbelievable for the low 1,000 yen range 😂Please raise the price!
