We had nigori sake from Aizu Chusho! Wow! This is maggi and delicious! Nigori is so good, I just can't stop myself from buying it! It's not too sweet, but it's very smooth! I'm the kind of guy who is in high spirits and then wakes up drunk the next morning... 😂. I'm going to get drunk tonight too! But first, I'm going to make pork belly curry for the kids and then I'm just going to pass out (Hoshina).

Mmmm, yum! I like it very much! It's sweet and fruity, but with just the right amount of sweetness, acidity, and alcohol, it's not too heavy! I made a pizza with arugula and prosciutto ham by hand. Of course, the sake from Aizu in Fukushima is delicious, but the sake from Nakadori is also quite good! That's Fukushima! We enjoyed the sake from this year's New Sake Appreciation Gold Award-winning brewery!

Hi mikomichio 😃 We had this Abukuma a little while ago! We had it a while ago 😋 and you are right, it has the best balance of sweet, tasty & acidic 😋 ‼️ we like it a lot too 🤗.

This is Hirotogawa, which is rarely seen even in my hometown. It is the most cost-effective sake at less than 2,000 yen for a bottle! Of course it tastes great! It is a refreshingly delicious and spicy sake, or rather, it is a sake for eating! I respect and appreciate that a sake brewery with a strong brand name is producing this kind of sake! To finish off, please enjoy a black swallowtail that I happened to come across today!

I'm looking for something like this ^_^. In the San-in region, there are some for the local market, so I tend to buy them when I go there.

Oh, it's so good... I really like the taste. Fruity but not too sweet, clear and tangy aftertaste. The nigorigo was also good, so Yamamoto! No doubt about it! Today I had the peperoncino with mushrooms and fresh garlic, and I'd say I'm a fainting Koizumi Shinjiro 😂.

Amauma! Juicy with a hint of honey and powerful enough to impress in one bite! It is smooth, thick, and sweet. This sake is perfect before or after a meal! This is the quintessential Yamagata sake! It's Eiko Fuji!

It's delicious, isn't it? It has a sweet, fruity, rich, juicy, pineapple-banana taste. The aroma was strong and lingered for a long time. It was a very assertive sake, so I thought it would go well with Western food. So I made a bolognese and béchamel and made a doria. Yes, it's good!

This sake has a tremendous background: it was brewed by the Shirai Sake Brewery of "The Wind Blows" with yeast that has traveled through space. It is interesting, though I feel that we are entering a realm that I no longer understand! My wife bought this one at the event. The taste is a good balance of gorgeousness and dryness, and I like it~(tearful). As expected from the Shirai Brewery!

This nigori sake is so good! I've been curious about this sake since I saw it on the line at the liquor store. I got it before they sold out! Thank goodness it's locally available! This was my second bottle of sake that day. I was too drunk to remember the details of the taste, but I think it was a tangy taste with lactic acidity. It was 3:00 a.m. when I came to realize it was that kind of sake! My friend was also a big fan of it! For snacks, I made salted fried chicken with amazake, boiled the leftover skin in sweet and spicy sauce, and baked mentaiko dashi rolls. Too much salt!

A friend of mine who loves to drink came over and opened the bottle! I was looking forward to this Purple Sky! As the name suggests, it has a pineapple flavor! It is not as sweet as Kameizumi, so I guess some people may prefer this one! My friend was delighted with this delicious sake that also had the aroma of rice! My friend was delighted with the sake, and it was consumed in no time at all. There is only one store in my hometown that carries this sake, but it is a unique liquor store that is also the official distributor of Kojima Jeans (probably), and has an interesting selection.

I worked hard during the Golden Week holidays, and now it's my day off! Working is the best! Today I went to a liquor store. I was so happy to be able to buy everything I wanted! I'm a repeat buyer of "Shizen-go Sawayaka". It's still delicious! I really respect Oki Daikichi Honten. So in the afternoon, we went touring on a motorcycle. The destination was, of course... Mr. Daikichi Ohki (Tama)

Woohoo! Too delicious! Pear and grape-like aroma! The flavor is firm and mellow, yet light on the palate. The tangy acidity and the sharpness that goes right through it make it an unstoppable, unstoppable Sawajiri Eka! It's still delicious, Naraman! If you see it, buy it immediately! The last photo is a sea cucumber found on the beach.

My wife bought this alcohol at the supermarket. I was wondering what it was like... It's so delicious! Wow, just the way I like it! It is said to be dry, but you can taste the umami and sweetness of the rice, and it is easy to drink, yet has a sharp taste. I heard that the brewery is called "Koukoku-haru Shuzo"! That's cool! Conscientious and tasty!

It's a holiday and the weather is fine, so I'm going touring. Stalking and photographing the Toyokuni Sake Brewery, which brews my favorite sake, Ippodo, in the town of Furudono. And moreover, the cherry blossoms of Koshidai in full bloom, which is rare to see in Japan. We were so satisfied that we went home and immediately started drinking in the garden. Of course, I was accompanied by Ippo! (purchased in advance). The fire-roasted Junmai sake is still very much in the Ippouki style of sweetness, umami, and tangy acidity, but it is more subdued and well-balanced than the Nama-shu, and is the star by itself! However, it also goes well with meals! I like Ippoumai after all!

Hi mikomichio 😃 The 4th photo! I thought it was a beautiful cherry blossom 🌸 and when I touched it and looked at the full view, the contrast with the flowers in the foreground is brilliant ‼️ You are the best step yourself from touring 🤗

My first impression was apple sparkling sake! It's cloudy, thick, and delicious! Wait, it doesn't leave much sweetness. It has just the right amount of acidity and spiciness, so you can drink it as much as you want! I like it... !!!! Gigigigig... This is indeed a sake legend prefecture!

This sake is said to be made by young men coming of age in Iwaki City, Fukushima Prefecture, who start by growing their own rice! The sake rice is Yume-no-Ko. It has a juicy flavor reminiscent of grapes and pineapple, but also has a bitter and sour taste! It also has a grain aroma and a spicy aftertaste! It tastes rough and youthful, just like a young man's energetic taste!

I've always wanted to try this sake, Aizu Chusho~(^. ^) As a resident of Fukushima prefecture, I can't miss it. I can't wait to see how it tastes. It tastes like grape apples! And yet it also has a crisp and spicy flavor, making it the most well-balanced, fainting-in-the-sky Kyoto guardian! I can recommend it to everyone. I think I drank too much tonight! Tsurunoe Shuzo! Thank you very much!

Today is a holiday. The weather is nice, so we went out for drinking (in the garden). I bought a bottle of Shizen-go Sawayaka at the liquor store! The price of a bottle of Shizen-Go is 2200 yen! I also picked up a 500 yen bottle of tuna off the inside at the supermarket, and we're going to drink it while admiring the dandelions! The taste is fruity, like the Shizenkou we drank the other day, but with a clean and slightly dry taste. It goes well with meals, and I would call it a fainting spell. Considering its cost performance, this may be the best!

Oh, wow, this is... The taste is as good as the rumors say. I could taste the power of the No. 1 sake brewer in Gunma...! Sweet and tasty fruity apple, subtly acidic, lingering swelling, and fainting from licking! Mr. Ryujin Shuzo! You don't mean Hanayama's, do you? Get down on your knees 🙇‍♀️
