I found this junmai sake from Kochi in a Co-op catalog. I thought it was from the western part of Kochi because of the Shimanto River, but the brewery is in Aki City. It is also made by the Kikusui Brewery. ⁉️ I wondered if Kikusui was in Kochi. I was surprised to find that the Kikusui you can buy at the supermarket is from Niigata (needless to say...).
It is a dry sake with a pleasant bitter aftertaste! Kochi has a good selection of sake. I want to go there someday.
After being rejected by a restaurant called "Shimanto River", I went to a restaurant that I had been curious about for a long time. So, I went to a restaurant I had been curious about for a while and drank "Shimanto River" (laugh).
It is refreshing and easy to drink. I thought of Shimanto River as a famous clear stream for ayu (sweetfish) fishing.
Teppei is a nice restaurant! The char-grilled chicken is good, and the bean-intoxic (apparently a Kumamoto Prefecture snack) is addictive!
Today, I was tired from the first thing in the morning until late in the evening after a long series of meetings and discussions, including a lunch break. I decided to have a drink with my juniors and go home. Since I came to this restaurant, I decided to try the sake tasting set. First up was the Shimanto River, from left to right. It is not too spicy and mild for a Tosa sake. It is delicious.

You can often see them at Sake-no-wa!
As expected, it is very good!
Dry and tasty like Tosa's dry sake!
If you drink it, you will say "This is it! you can't help but say "This is it!
And it's so cheap!
It is perfect, isn't it?
