The sake I chose was Shimantugawa sake, which I have not had for a long time. It has a gentle The sweetness and crisp, clean taste It is the best match for sashimi. It is not flashy but it is an excellent sake that goes well with meals. It is an excellent sake.

As the blue bottle looks, it is a refreshing sake. The first sip has a sweet taste, but after that it is light, dry, and very refreshing. I would drink it slightly chilled with sashimi. It is of good quality and reasonably priced at about 1,100 yen. Buy it at Marugoto Kochi, Ginza, Tokyo.
