Hitogochi rice is used. I got the impression that the freshness and fruity sweet/umami taste was accented by a slight bitterness. I think I prefer the Misuzu Junmai Ginjo I drank before, which has a stronger sweet/fruity flavor. I think it gets sweeter and better after a longer time than when it is freshly opened.

I bought it after tasting it at Hankyu Department Store. I've said it many times, but it's called "Takarayama" 😅. I'll say it again and again😅. It has a heavy mouthfeel for a fire-brewed sake, but I wonder if it's a raw sake? I got the impression that it was wrapped in a gentle sweetness from start to finish. It also has a lot of acidity. It tastes better than when I tasted it.

When I went back to my parents' house, I didn't have any sake in stock, so I bought this bottle at a nearby supermarket. It was sold for about 1,000 yen in an ordinary supermarket that rarely stocks sake, so I honestly thought it would be good if I could drink it, but it turned out to be a very tasty sake that greatly exceeded my expectations 😆. It has an elegant sweetness and a light mouthfeel that breaks up nicely without any miscellaneous flavours, making it a good all-round sake that can be drunk alone or with food👍. The sake has been awarded the Gold Medal in the Wine Glass Sake Award 2020😄. It's a great sake to drink alone or with food.

The clerk at the liquor store recommended this sake to me if I liked it sweet. Indeed, it was a perfect strike! My partner and I said in unison, "Delicious! I said in unison. The first bottle we opened at the beginning of the New Year was a bottle of "Fuku Chitose Namae Junmai Dry Taste" brewed with the prefecture's original sake rice "Sakahomare", which was grown in Fukui. This is the third time this season that sake made with Sakahomare has been brewed. The sake brewery says that this is the third year they have brewed this sake, not the third year of honesty, but the third year of confidence. The warming sake was recommended, so we tried it lukewarm to finish the saké. The slight warmth of the lukewarm sake matched the umami of the sake, making it a perfect saké to drink with a hot pot on a cold day!
