They call it "Kabashiko.
It's a sake made from high quality ancient rice from Kyushu, and the label's purple? The pink color on the label gives it a sexy 💦 feel.
It's a little sour, but maybe I opened the bottle a little too late.
But it also gives a slightly carbonated feeling and is delicious 😋.
Kabashiko
This sake is brewed with an ancient rice called Kabashiko, which spread throughout Kyushu during the Kyoho period.
The history of "Higo Kabashiko," a native species of rice that took three years to revive from 40 hulls of seed rice, is older than that of Hozabu, which was born in the Tempo period, and has a history of being famous as a high quality rice.
My wife bought this when we went on a trip to Sado Island. I was worried about how it would be because of the low price, but when I opened the bottle, it was fruity and very easy to drink, which I like (^^)
I will enjoy drinking it slowly.
My wife tasted it at the Niigata Information Center in Ginza and bought it for me because she said it was delicious.
I like light and fruity sake, and I think it goes well with sushi🍣.
Junmai Daiginjo Exhibit "Hana-no-Kou 9" in pursuit of Kumamoto's original No. 9 yeast from the "Hana-no-Kou Sake Brewery
This product was sold as Exhibit Sake 9 only at the Sake Brewery Festival, and it is not sold to the general public.
My brother gave it to me as a gift🎁(^^) It is sweet but well balanced and delicious🤤.
I went to buy Sharaku at the Miyazumi Shuzo head office, but they still didn't sell it (^^;;;)
Instead, I found and bought Miyazumi Kijoshu, which is not usually sold. I was expecting it to be a bit thicker and sweeter, but instead I found it to be a light, sweet sake. It lacks impact, but it's a good thing!
This is a limited edition sake made in collaboration with Hananoka Shuzo and Shiraito Shuzo (^^)
It is a gem of a sake made with Yamadanishiki produced in Itoshima and koji produced by Shiraito Shuzo and brewed by Hana-no-Kou Shuzo!
They are created with their own individuality and I thought it would be different from my best favorite produced by them, but it was still the best 😃.
It's a classic sansho (^^)
Today is the first Shononozo, but first of all, this label is nice. This is another classic, and the lid flew off with fermentation after opening. As usual, fruity & super slightly carbonated, delicious!
