I've never had this sake before❗️. There are many delicious sake in Tochigi, so I'm looking forward to opening the bottle 😀. The aroma is subdued❗️ I'm not sure if this is the first time I've had it, but I'm sure it will be the last. When the temperature rises slightly, the sweetness and sourness are refined and the aftertaste disappears like water👍. The overall balance of the sake was good and it was very easy to drink😄.

Hitogochi rice is used. I got the impression that the freshness and fruity sweet/umami taste was accented by a slight bitterness. I think I prefer the Misuzu Junmai Ginjo I drank before, which has a stronger sweet/fruity flavor. I think it gets sweeter and better after a longer time than when it is freshly opened.

It was sold for about 1,000 yen in an ordinary supermarket that rarely stocks sake, so I honestly thought it would be good if I could drink it, but it turned out to be a very tasty sake that greatly exceeded my expectations 😆. It has an elegant sweetness and a light mouthfeel that breaks up nicely without any miscellaneous flavours, making it a good all-round sake that can be drunk alone or with food👍. The sake has been awarded the Gold Medal in the Wine Glass Sake Award 2020😄. It's a great sake to drink alone or with food.

It was a sweaty day as I went to line up in Ginza in the morning to buy a bottle of wine. The bottle said it was 18 degrees, so I enjoyed it slowly on the rocks. I served it with edamame (soybeans), leatherfish, sweet shrimp, and surume tempura. It was very tasty as a food sake.

I had been curious about this sake since I saw it at Haretoke, but never drank it. I didn't have high expectations for it, but there was nothing else that intrigued me, so I decided to try it. The label said the brewery was Hakurei. Oh, I like Hakurei. It's cheap, tasty, and has a bit of character. I had high expectations for this one.
