At a Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki restaurant. To be honest, I didn't have much choice and didn't expect much, but I was surprised by the delicious sake, which is very refreshing, has a moderate sake feel & sweetness: ‼️ It was quite to my liking, so next time I want to drink it slowly at home. ‼️

I forgot to take a picture... This was the best of what I drank last night. The richness of the nigori was minimal, and the mouthfeel was light. The sweetness was also very perceptible, but not too strong. It was very tasty. ‼️

Souvenir from my wife (2) Since it is a Junmai Daiginjo, I had it cold. It has a clear mouthfeel that is typical of daiginjos. The sweetness is moderate, but it was so good that I could drink it easily. ‼️ I am thankful to my wife again that I can drink a brand that I would not choose myself, which is the best part of souvenirs. ‼️

First, Yamagata Masamune: ‼️ Rich sweetness typical of Sake Mirai! It was richer than expected. It is perfect as an after-dinner drink without any accompaniments! It was perfect for an after-dinner drink. It was delicious.

At a standing bar near Hiroshima Station. I liked it best among the three kinds of sake (left side). The sweetness was just right, and the cloudy taste was surprisingly refreshing. ‼️ I drank it in no time. The bottle was not to be photographed as it seemed to be a limited edition, so I only have a picture of it in a glass and not the details of the brand.......sorry....

This is also at a standing bar near Hiroshima Station. Among the three kinds of sake (on the right), this one was fruity but more classic. It is not the kind of sake I would choose for myself, but I thought it would be nice to have this kind of sake once in a while, and paired it with seared mackerel as a snack. ‼️
