Slight aroma, thick attack. The taste is smooth and dry. It goes in smoothly and is light and full-bodied.
It is a sake that can be served with anything 🤣.

Mizufujumo Junmai Ginjo Nama Ippon
I found a very tasty sake in Ibaraki prefecture.
I bought it on the recommendation of a liquor store.
He said, "It sells out quickly when it comes in."
After tasting it, I bought it because it is a sake from Mito.
The four-pack was priced in the 1,300 yen range, and was very cost-effective!
It is smooth and sharp.
It is refreshing and quite tasty.
It is fruity and, as others have commented, melon-like.
You can enjoy everything from the sweetness of the rice to the dry sharpness.
A carefully crafted sake.
There are many varieties in the lineup, such as "Suifu Boast" Red No. 10 and Blue No. 10, and I would like to pay attention to them.
I bought a Kasama-yaki boar cup to drink delicious sake during the New Year's holiday (^^)
I usually drink from a glass boar cup, but in winter I wanted to drink from a pottery.
Sake is very delicious!
I thought I could enjoy the sake alone without any snacks.
7/10
This is a sake by Meiri Sake Brewery.
It uses M-310 yeast.
The impression was of a clean, easy-drinking sake that was somewhat dry and refreshing.
Because of its freshness, it was a pleasant sake that was easy to drink and became sharp in the latter half.
It caught my eye and I bought it because the label seemed to put a lot of thought into the use of No. 10 yeast. When I drank it, it did indeed have a pineapple taste, but I personally think it was a white wine.
It is the type of wine that tastes even better when drunk very cold.
Today, I procured this at "Ibaraki Jizake Bar Mito".
This is Mizu-fu boast, Ogawa yeast.
See you later!
A gas and lactic acid aroma!
Sweet, but not too assertively sweet!
The fizzy feeling of residual gas enhances the flavor.
I will buy it again!
