"Extra dry"
Tasted chilled. Very little nose, but may be just cold. Flavor is full and sinks in a bit after first taste. Pear, sour cherry, and quince. Texture is light. Finish is long with the flavor and little alcohol. A fine budget drink for fruit forward days.
Hyogo Prefecture
Yamadanishiki Dry Junmai Silk
Rice polishing ratio: 65% for Koji rice, 75% for Kake rice
Alcohol 14° to 15
Rice 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture
It has a tangy spiciness like a thin Japanese pepper.
There is a slight aroma of rice.
The aftertaste is also strong with a touch of alcohol.
A delicious sake with a mixture of various flavors.
I'm drinking at home 🎶🎵.
It's supposed to get colder tomorrow, so I went to the local liquor store to look for some heated sake! I'll take the cheapest one for now 👀.
I decided on this one!
Hot sake 🍶 with a little sourness.
As the temperature drops, the bitterness comes out just right.
Delicious with sashimi (yokowa) 😋.
Seems like a difficult choice for heated sake! Maybe you prefer honjozo sake?
This is actually my first Shiraga.
The name is auspicious, with a black pine tree and a thousand-year long life, but it's a light, dry, elegant bottle: 🙆♂️
It was delicious 🍶.
It was 300ml but it cost almost 1000 yen lol.

I was interested in the Honjozo and Yamadanishiki Harasake, but chose the most expensive Junmai Daiginjo.
Polishing ratio 50%, sake degree -1, price 5500 yen
Clear, clean and fruity. Stronger taste than Sobana of Nihon Zakari.
