I'm here today for my department's farewell party! We had a beer, 2 mega highballs, and 4 bottles of warm water, and when they were all nicely tinted, we threw in some sake 🍶. I drank it hot, and it had a nice, mild taste of rice with a smooth texture and a nice smooth taste down my throat! It is not too assertive, but in a good way, it is not like a hot sake, and it also promotes the sake and the meal 👍. I bought it knowing it was sweet, but it had so much distinctive sweetness, aroma, and taste. I thought it would be sweet like Sauternes, but it wasn't quite what I was expecting. I thought I had to drink it by itself, like a dessert wine, otherwise it wouldn't go well with a meal and this wine wouldn't come alive.

Nekodasuke 2025 was successfully(?) I opened 2024 because it was released. I have to drink a lot for the sake of the shelter cats in Nishinomiya City. Hmmm...
