Nishinomiya Kurakai 2025
This was the second week of "Nishinomiya Kuraka 2025" and this time it was Shiraga.
There were a lot of people in the hall, including those who were making cedar balls and playing the "bant" music.
We immediately lined up to sample three types of sake.
Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake
Junmai Mochi 4-step Nama-shu
Junmai Daiginjo Chennenju
As expected of Shiraga.
All are delicious!
Mochi Shidan Bishikomi, a freshly pressed new sake, is a limited edition sake that will be on sale soon.
It was made by multiplying mochi rice at the end.
It was refreshing, but had a soft and round impression.
We also tasted a sake called "New Hakushika Labo.
This sake was developed by young staff members.
It tasted like a sweet dessert wine.
It was a very enjoyable event!
