The aroma was classic and the taste was sweet, spicy, and fruity 🍶.
The aftertaste was spicy and bitter, so it could be enjoyed three times at once. ‼️
I'm on the way to recovery, so here are my impressions after drinking a bit of the wife's share: ☺️

Because of its sweetness? I felt it had a rich flavor. The aroma is light.
Drank chilled. Big nose of melon and cherry skin. Flavor is forward and smooth, light cantaloupe with cherry on the finish. Not so sweet, more of a melon rind. Mouthfeel is round and silky and the finish is long and alcoholic.
Overall a nice drink.
I was caught up in the seasonal special and purchased this.
It has a fresh aroma with a hint of fragrance and a slightly sweet mouthfeel, but it is very tasty and refreshing.
Local fireworks 😁. (The sake was Junpu from Nada's Hakushika. It is made with flattened rice and is really clear and refreshing. It's like an easy-drinking Nada sake. I paired it with a lazy lentil dashimaki egg, pork liver, and sardine with ume plum salad and rakkyo kimchi. Rakkyo kimchi. It's a sake that goes well with punchy snacks and hanami sake 🎇😉.
Alcohol content 19-20%.

Acidity 1.8
It was a satellite day of Nishinomiya Renaissance, and there were many customers!
This is the sake I won in the gacha!
Sake with a sweet aroma!
I was told that the motto of Shiraga's sake is to go well with food. It is true that it has a gentle flavor without being too assertive.
You can't go wrong with Shiraga. Every one of their drinks is delicious!
I tried Shiroshika-san's liqueur. It is cherry.
It's so sweet! It is a sake with a sake strength of -70.
Amazing! Speaking of cherries, they are cherries. This would be great if you mix it with something!
It's finally getting cooler, but
Still summer sake !!!! 🌻
It was a refreshing & aromatic sake 🍶.
It's fluffier & sweeter than I imagined! But
It's a summer sake and perfect for pike conger ✨!
And the cost was super reasonable for a drink outside 😳.
First sake in 2 months on the sakewa app !!!!! 😭
I've had beer, wine and highballs in that time but I like sake 😭 I'm going to buy some for home drinking soon 🍶.
