I happened to see a brick chimney from the street I was passing, so I went there, and sure enough, it was a sake brewery.
I went there, and sure enough, it was a sake brewery. I had never heard of this brewery, and of course I had never drunk it, so I bought it without any expectations.
Before I opened the package, I noticed that it was aluzoe, which lowered my expectations even more.
But when I drank it, it was a complete disappointment...
What I didn't expect was what I didn't expect...
I mean, it was a very tasty drink 🙌.
Even the alcohols are so good, you hardly notice them.

I've had Tsururei twice before, and if you include Yukio, I've had Aoki Shuzo's sake three times, and I didn't like any of them, so I avoided them, but last week I went to an izakaya and the owner looked at the lineup of drinks I ordered and said, "I recommend this one with confidence.
When I tried it, I was hooked.
I liked it so much that I went to the liquor store to buy some for home drinking, but they had both 1BY and 2BY. 2BY was still fresh in my mind, and I wanted to try the matured feeling of 1BY, so I bought 1BY.
I bought the 1BY because I still remember the 2BY and I wanted to try the aged feeling of the 1BY. 1BY is full of rice flavor and the price is 1,600 yen for 4 cups.
