I happened to see a brick chimney from the street I was passing, so I went there, and sure enough, it was a sake brewery.
I went there, and sure enough, it was a sake brewery. I had never heard of this brewery, and of course I had never drunk it, so I bought it without any expectations.
Before I opened the package, I noticed that it was aluzoe, which lowered my expectations even more.
But when I drank it, it was a complete disappointment...
What I didn't expect was what I didn't expect...
I mean, it was a very tasty drink 🙌.
Even the alcohols are so good, you hardly notice them.
I've had Tsururei twice before, and if you include Yukio, I've had Aoki Shuzo's sake three times, and I didn't like any of them, so I avoided them, but last week I went to an izakaya and the owner looked at the lineup of drinks I ordered and said, "I recommend this one with confidence.
When I tried it, I was hooked.
I liked it so much that I went to the liquor store to buy some for home drinking, but they had both 1BY and 2BY. 2BY was still fresh in my mind, and I wanted to try the matured feeling of 1BY, so I bought 1BY.
I bought the 1BY because I still remember the 2BY and I wanted to try the aged feeling of the 1BY. 1BY is full of rice flavor and the price is 1,600 yen for 4 cups.

seasonⅡ
It took me about 10 minutes to open the bottle to make sure I didn't spill a drop!
The first impression is sweet and sour!
The sourness of the fruit, is it similar to acerola?
It's sweet but refreshing.
🌺Toko natsumusume🌺 is a sake with an image of tropical fruits, but if you ask me what exactly it is, I'm not sure. What is it?
What kind of fruit is it?
It is much easier to drink than the Junmai Ginjo of Yamaenishiki that I drank before.
The aroma is gorgeous!
I prefer this one, but both are delicious!
It says "be careful not to spill", but I opened the bottle without any problems.
It was made in March, so it may have been a bit stale, but there was no carbonation at all when I tried it.
It has a good sourness and tastes good, though.
The second sake we tasted.
It was new sake, so it had a fresh feeling!
This one was only 150 yen on Saturday and Sunday (normally 250 yen).
I think it's a good deal to be able to taste this for 150 yen!
Paid tasting Saturday and Sunday only 100 yen
This taste is too good value for 100 yen!
The fact that it doesn't taste like Niigata sake is also good!
I was just going to try it, but it tasted so good that I bought a 4-pack!
Abe Shuzo is a brewery that has had the "Hoshi" series, the "Ta" series, and the "Abe" series, and they have always impressed me, but this green-lettered "Abe", which reminds me of early summer, is refreshing and easy to drink, so I have the impression that it is a little less impressive.
