We had it bundled with Urasato Usu Nigori. I was attracted by the concept of cheap and tasty sake. If you try to get rid of the miscellaneous flavors, you lose the umami, and I wondered how it was possible to keep it. I felt that the umami was more pronounced on the second and third days than on the first day.
I wonder if I expected a little too much, but I am curious to know how it is in the local market.
