Similar to Kaze no Mori Akitsuho, but with less carbonation and a more complex taste with bitterness as well as sweetness ๐.

The overall taste is considerably more refreshing than the usual Kaze no Mori Akitsuho.
Especially the back palate is very light.
On the other hand, the depth of sweetness and umami is typical of Kaze no Mori
It is hard to believe that this is a very low-polished wine.

The aroma and taste are like white grapes and white flowers.
It is hard to say which one is my favorite, but the difference is very slight.
