Purchased at a store that sells local products of Okayama. I thought I was reading "kyokusei", but I was wrong 💦. A little peculiar reading😅. The rice is akebono. The top aroma is slightly fruity. I attended an event at Tsushima Tsuru last weekend. The event featured a rice farmer in Shizukuishi Town, Iwate Prefecture, who grows rice mainly for sake rice, called "Sunakabe. The first toast was actually a junmai daiginjo made in Hawaii, shown in the fourth photo. What kind of sake is made by providing rice to a brewery in Hawaii? I thought to myself, as I toasted President Kudo of Washio Co! I followed with a sip. Oh my, it has an honest, soft, sweet taste. I wouldn't go to Hawaii to buy it, but I was a bit surprised that it tasted so good in a different environment. Next was the super dry Nanafukujin. It is said to be a bottle that pursues sharpness, and it is indeed light and dry, but you can also taste the delicious flavor of the rice. It was a bit of a surprise to me! 😁

Next was the Ryusen Yaezakura Junmai Sake Takumi no Omachi. Compared to the Yamada-Nishiki we drank earlier, the taste is a little more robust. Purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival. The one that impressed me the most after tasting several kinds of Kunihiki. It is sweet and fruity. It has a sourness like citrus.
