At the Hakurei Sake Brewery booth, we were allowed to compare the Vivid series.
This is the best part of the tasting event😋.
Blue, green, and red, all delicious and interesting.
I had a short chat with the brewery owner as well, as I had visited there before.
Personally, I prefer the sweet red.
